First off, before I begin here, I just want explain something. All of the events that will take place with Hayley in these chapters have more or less been experienced in my life. I'm not just making up scenarios, this is based on an actual event that happened to me during a soccer game in 2012. Just making things clear. Hope you're enjoying the story!

I couldn't get up.

No, not like it's too early in the morning type of thing, more of a I can't stand on my own two feet thing.

Immediately, after I fell, I tried getting right back up. I didn't know if I had passed out beforehand, and just didn't remember it, but all I knew was that I opened my eyes and wanted to get up.

I was scared. Scared that I would probably be disqualified, scared that I was an embarrassment, scared that I was injured.

Just get up. I told myself. Act like nothing's happened.

But I couldn't.

"Hayley?" Came a faint voice. I couldn't exactly see clear either, so I had no idea where the voice was coming from. I got up on my hands and knees, while feeling the piercing cold ice, that had cracked, underneath me.

Did I really fall that hard?

I felt a hand on my back, and someone hoist me up. I couldn't balance; I kept wobbling to the side. My ears were ringing, and all I wanted to do was lie down and close my eyes. My head immediately started to hurt.

Before I shut my eyes again, I caught a blurry glimpse of the boys running down the steps of the stadium and Dallas trying to make his way around a crowd of fangirls. I felt jabs of the press around me, forcing their mics in my face and asking questions.

"Whaaa doo youuuuuuuuu waaaaant?" I slurred. I couldn't formulate the words correctly either.

"Just stay quiet, Hayley." said the woman, that I recognized as the one who called me to the ice stage earlier.

I was done. I couldn't handle everything. I began to tear up and rubbed the back of my head. The woman lead me to a room, probably a first aid room, and laid me down on a bed.

"Hayley, do not fall asleep." she said. "You must stay awake."

"Yup." I said as I shut my eyes. I didn't open them.
