Author here. This is the last chapter of the book. I hope you enjoy the ending. Don't forget to the vote and tell me if you want the second.

It's been nearly a year. The city was captured easily after Charles took control of the crowds and Drako locked them up. Bonny had finished the cure with him, but decided to not perfect the immortal effects.
Some ferals were able to be saved. Others were put down.

"Allen. I got a surprise for you. Your going to love it." Susie spoke happily behind the door of their house on the farm.
Allen came over and was stunned to see Susie restored back to how she looked two century's ago.

Susies her eyes are beautiful ocean blue. Her jaw line is small and think. The bottom lip a slightly bigger than the top harshly full. Her long blonde hair shimmer in the sunlight.

Allen grins like a devil. "You look amazing, love."
"It's how I used to look before the war. I can aee your back to your old self as well. They even fixed my voice its so awsome." She jumped with glee. Walking in she finds Tom reading a book on his new dark red sofa.

Drako completely redone their entire house. Painted the walls, put a new roof on, refurnishing every room, and even turned the basement into a walk in closet with brand new washer and dryer.
Out back they made a bunker and turned it into a science lab. A huge TV is mounted to the wall to receive calls just like in the living room.
The craziest thing is that we now have a garden on our farm. People are starting to come to work on it to keep the citizens of Drako and the ruins fed. Which the ruins is now called Birmingham.
They both pulled out together to buy us a four-door Mustang. It goes as fast as a racecar you'd see in Nascar.

The TV flipped on and Bonny appeared. "I hope you all like what I did to your home. I got a new mission for you all. Darkones are causing havoc in Birmingham. You all will be trying to find out what is going on and put a stop to it. You guys will be leaving in about a week."

"Is all you got is assignments or is this supposed to be a game for us?" Tom snickered.
"A little of both. I know you all can't get enough of violence so why not give it to you. After all you guys are counted as immortals now so live it up until you meet your makers."
"Ok Bon. We will accept your assignment just because we have nothing better to do with our lives. When we leave we want Marlev to look after our farm until further notice." Tom said looking up at her on the screen.

"Done. Just don't go dieing before hand."
"Don't plan on it anytime soon. We better let you go. Your lab is catching fire."
"What?" As she turns around to see what's happening. "Ow my god, Jackson I told you not to touch that." And then it dropped the call.

"Scientists." Allen smiled going into the kitchen. "I can't wait for our next mission. Damn!"
