Erin was angry. So, so angry.
What right did Vlad have to take away everything she was?
First, he'd bitten her and taken away her identity. Next he'd mindwiped her and taken it away again.
What right did he have?
Vlad rubbed the back of his head, yawning. He felt tired; a rare thing for a vampire. At least he was healed now.
He got himself up off the floor and looked around the room, he was alone. Vlad could have sworn he'd seen Ingrid come in, but she must have left.
"Dad!" He shouted.
Now that Vlad thought about it, where was the Count? He'd seemingly disappeared.
Perhaps he was off biting breathers...
Erin heard him shout. So he was okay.
"Splendid," She said sarcastically to herself.
What would she do now? What would he do now? Vlad could easily dust her with a click of his finger. Well, maybe not so easily. He hadn't done it earlier.
Erin glanced at Artur, peacefully sitting in his crib playing with a rubber duck. Like he hadn't appeared downstairs and stopped his mother from doing something unimaginable.
She smiled at him. He grinned back. Then Erin heard someone walk past the door.
Vlad needed to sleep again. He climbed the stairs and walked along the rickety floats boards to his room.
He had to pass Erin's door to get there. He wondered what she was doing.
Hating him, no doubt.

Will let the lifeless boy drop onto the dirt. His veins were satisfied. He looked up and hissed, seeing Ingrid with a stake.
"You can't do that," He smirked, teasing her. The weakling couldn't, she loved him too much.
"I can!" Ingrid held the stake out infront of her, the point facing away.
Will held up his hands, "I surrender! Come on then, stake me."
What was she thinking? Ingrid knew she couldn't. But she had to.
She walked towards him, stake at the ready.
He grinned and stood up, speeding to her.
Will stood centimetres apart from Ingrid and whispered, "Go on."
She raised the stake, truly frightened of what might happen.
Then she dropped it. The stake made a thudding sound as it hit the dirt.
Will laughed, quietly at first then so loud that the laughter echoed through the shadows.
Ingrid stood frozen and cried.
Will used his finger to hold up her chin, "Is the baby upset?" He said in a mocking voice, "I'll leave you to sulk."
She turned and saw him slamming the door as he went inside.
Now it was just Ingrid and the dead boy. He wasn't very comforting.
"Wolfie," She sobbed and the wolf appeared next to her in a second.
He whined, upset for his older sister.

Count Dracula was at a cafe eating pizza when two policemen approached him.
"That's him!" The taller one said to his partner.
The shorter one pulled out a set of handcuffs whilst the tall one held a gun.
"We are arresting you on suspicion of murder," They said in unison.
The Count would have none of this. He bared his fangs.
Five minutes later he was wiping blood off the collar of his shirt as he stepped outside into the moonlight.
The moon seemed red. Perhaps from all the blood that must have been spilled now that all vampires knew the truth, according to the latest gossip.
He walked along the paved street, townhouses either side of him, and kept going until he found one he fancied.
The Count chose a grey bricked house with moss sprouting on the windowsills. Gloomy and dark; perfect for a vampire.
He hypnotised the owner to let him stay for the coming day. As the sun rose he snapped his fingers, closing all the curtains, and sat down with a newspaper.
~
Ingrid had gone inside when the moon had begun to set. She was a vampire, sunlight didn't agree with her.
She'd managed to avoid Will for an hour or so, then as she walked into the living room she saw him there.
"You're still undead, are you?" Will said, focused on a book about slayers.
"You seem sur-"
"-It says here that slayers are trained to shoot a vampire in the heart from fifty metres away," He slammed the book shut and looked up at her, "Might have come in handy for you."
She ignored him, "I want to use the TV."
"Still acting like a breather, huh?" He stood up, "I don't want any breathers here."
Wolfie growled deeply.
"Shut it, mutt!" Will shouted violently, then calmed down, "Listen, Ingrid, either you act like a vampire or you leave."
She turned around and ran to the front door. She was about to turn the handle, only there was one problem; the sun.
Then a bus drove down the street. They were still equipped for 'UV intollerant people', she could use it to get away.
~
The sun. Vlad leaned against the heavily tinted window. He felt the smallest bit of warmth on his face.
Surprisingly, it didn't hurt.
The entrance doors shook on their hinges as they were flung open. Vlad, hearing the banging, sped downstairs to see what was happening.
Wolfie barked at his half brother.
Ingrid was smoking, literally. There was white smoke coming off her skin.
"Ingrid!" He ran to her and put his arms around her, getting rid of the smoke, "What are you doing?"
She only cried, hugging Vlad.
"It's that stupid half fang," Wolfie said.
"Oh," Vlad whispered.
He'd done a great job of messing things up for everyone. A really great job.
