Chapter 44!

ENJOY!

____~*~____________________________________________________________________

“Thanks Iris…” I said with a tight smile.

“Don’t ment—”

“Iris! Where have you been?! The guests have been waiting for you for so long.” Someone called her from behind. A woman in her early twenties came out from the side of the gallery where there was a glass door leading to what I assume is Iris’s exhibit.

“Yes coming! Liza so great to see you again but I got to go…hope to see you again sometime, see my paintings maybe?” She asked I simply nodded and with a last wave she was gone.

I took a deep breath before looking at the door where she was and when I did…I wish I never looked.

She. Is. Gorgeous. With her lush golden hair, amazing outfit and body, perfect angular face and nose, incredible pink lips and eyes between the shade of green and hazel.

Holy crap, no wonder Marcus became psycho for this chick. She’s clearly rich, pretty  and I’m betting my All Time Low T-shirt she’s popular too. I can clearly see how she and Anna became friends, I bet when they’re both in the room they’re exploding an aura of beauty and perfection making everyone seem pale and ordinary. Heck even just being in the same room as her makes me wanna check myself in the mirror, add some make up, hear that? Me, putting make up by will just because of her and think to myself how I can never beat that.

But why is she working here?

I shook my head. This is not the time to think how awesome this girl is because even through the designer clothes and bag I already saw the real her, the one that destroyed a relationship between brothers just for a stupid dare. And with new determination I started to walk towards her just as I received a text. I opened it and it was from Jake.

She just went in. He texted.

I replied a simple ‘I know’ before approaching her.

“Sarah Parker.” I said my voice echoing in the room, some gave us disapproving stares but other than that nothing.

She looked up with a polite smile on her face. “Yes?”

“I need to talk to you.” I replied steadily.

Her two perfect golden brows furrowed. “Do I know you?” She said still keeping her polite façade but I can tell its crumbling.
