The doctors told my mother that she would be having me. She was so happy, her and her sister jumped for joy, squealing at the thought of me being born.

Her aunt, my great aunt, walked into the room to check up on her. My mother was young for having a child and my great aunt always worried so much about her well-being.

She had some of the saddest eyes in my opinion, but my mother and her sister's grin could erase it in no time.

"She's coming soon" my mother said.

My great aunt just nodded, with terrified eyes. After all, the father wasn't ideal nor was his only family.

My mother didn't care however. Not of his literal existence, but his involvement in raising me, she didn't need it.

My mother never got to raise me but that didn't stop her from talking to me in that special way of her's.

Present Day

Lisa arrived at the guild after going to the park. She read the red sign covering the wood of the door. 'Die Sabers'. At least it was red paint and not blood.

Ignoring it, she walked in pushing the doors to her home.

"Hey Lisa!" Yukino greeted from behind the bar with a bright smile.

"You're trying to hard" Sorano muttered bluntly.

"It's good to see you!" Lisa grinned before sprinting off in her own direction.

"And there she goes"  Yukino hummed watching her climb up the stairs until she was no longer in view.

"Can you blame the little shit, she's just excited to see her sister" Sorano blabbered with a yawn.

Lisa pushed open the door to the infirmary, peeking her head in. She saw her sister, sitting up in bed. Her body was frail and pale because of being under for so long without any food or body activity. Levy had given them the cure and she woke up but her body felt weak. The spirit doctor held her over night and she would be discharged the following day.

"Lisa!" Violet greeted, spotting her from the door.

"Hey noona!" Lisa said jumping on the bed "Tell me how did training go?"

"Oh that, I made a complete fool of myself" Violet chuckled recalling how terrified she was in the hands of Serena and Zayn.

"Oh..but you would make the best S-class wizard. You're the best!" Lisa cheered.

"Not so sure about that" Violet muttered "But in good time"

Lisa pouted "You aren't doing it this year?"

Violet nodded "I have to wait my turn, it isn't my time" she paused "Besides I can think of a couple people way more deserving than me"

Levy laid in her bed, she didn't get up, rather pulled herself up and checked the time. It was already eleven and she had no motivation to leave home for the guild.
