I woke up as the sunlight shines into my face causing me to groan. I picked up my phone, immediately turned it on.

My phone beeped in multiple times, revealing 12 messages, mostly it's from my highschool friends who want me to hangout. I opened the message mom had sent me.

Mom ♡

I can't come with you today darling.
Sent 6:24 am

It's okay mom. I will go by myself. I'm not a kid anymore :)
Sent 7:04 am

I already fixed myself, took a bath and wear a comfortable and casual attire, and even put a light make up on. Today is my enrollment in university, I'll be having an interview today. I checked every single requirement needed inside my backpack and leave my room.

"Good morning honey. Take breakfast with-" I cut him off.

"I'm sorry dad, but I'm already late." I walked near him and give him a peck on his cheek.

"Then I'll take you there." he offered.

I chuckled, "No need dad. It's just few meters away & besides you'll be late also." I replied, wiggling my brows.

"Okay. Then go. Take care, best of luck honey." I waved at him and bid goodbye.

I'm living with my dad. I am from a broken family. They separate a years ago but I'm still thankful because they really love me even they're separated. Sometimes at my mom's house, sometimes here. But for now, I decided to stay on my dad because his place & my university is close enough for me than my mom's place.

I walked slowly as I'm looking for my earphones on my bag, and play my music playlist on my phone and walk as fast as I can.

Few minutes passed, I'm already in front of the university which has lots if students, probably they are also enrollees. I entered the school and I smiled as I took the lane for the education spot. And, yes i want to be a teacher.

I got distracted when someone tapped my shoulders. I ignored it, but it happened twice, I paused the music and unplugged my earphones and turned around to look who's that bitch who's distracting me.

"Uhm excuse me, Is this the lane for the education slot?"
