"Be not deceived; God is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap," ~ Galatians 6:7 KVJ
Sha POV
I had finally given birth to a beautiful baby girl at 5 lbs and 2 ounces. I named her Truth Brooklyn Mawusi Monroe. Since I was spreading my legs for different niggas, I do not know who the father is. I gave her my grandmother's last name.
The doctors said my baby was premature, but she was doing just fine and I'll be able to take her home tomorrow. The only thing I have to worry about is her asthma because of her lungs, so I have to constantly give her a breathing treatment.
Once I leave the hospital, I have to go to different stores to purchase everything I need for my baby girl. I thought I would have more time to prepare for her, but when you are being fast you get results faster. You reap what you sow.
Later that night
I had just finished breastfeeding Truth and also giving her the breathing treatment. Now she is drifting off to a peaceful sleep. She looked so innocent. I want her to stay like that forever because people always take advantage of the innocent ones and that's very sad. Look at me, and look where I am today.
Truth was fully sleeping and her little snores sounded so cute. Since she was sleeping now, I think I should catch up on some sleep.
I started drifting into a deep and peaceful sleep, but it was cut short. It felt like somebody was staring at me. I'm probably just paranoid and on top of that, it's super dark in the room.
Getting over myself, I went back to sleep. My dreams weren't as peaceful as I thought it would be. Have you ever had that one dream where you felt like you falling? I was running away from a man from my past and I tripped off a cliff. I just kept falling and falling. I hate this so much. I couldn't catch myself and I felt like I couldn't breathe. It felt like something was covering my mouth and nose. I began to hyperventilate and shake myself awake. As I shook myself awake, I opened my eyes and right there I was staring into the green-gray eyes of the devil. I was getting ready to scream, but I stop myself feeling the cold metal press against my temple. He bent down and whispered ever so harshly in my ear, "Scream and I'll kill you right here. Oh, and trust I'll make sure you baby remember what happens to her mother when she doesn't know how to take orders."
Fear cascaded into every inch of my body making me stiffen up like somebody's cheap weave. I didn't want Truth to be traumatized for the rest of her life, so I did what I said. The door opened and a nurse walked in. I thought I was gonna be saved, but she came in and tried to snatch my baby. I had the death grip on her, but the man began to speak again. "If you ever want to see your baby again I advise you to let go now." The nurse snatches my baby out of my hands, waking Truth up. You could hear her whaling and holler her lungs out. "Shut you little bastard before I give you something to really cry about."
