Ryan parked his car in his driveway. The engine stopped. He sat looking off to his house, "home at last."
Ryan stepped out of his car stretching out his arms. The young guardian pulled up his red jacket then started to head towards the front door.
Ryan stood in front of the door. He held his breath letting it out slowly.
He paused to knock, "Let go."
Ryan knocked firmly waiting for his family to greet him.
The door opened slowly. Amber looked up at him. She was much older then he remembered.
"Can I help you sir?"
Ryan looked confused, "Amber, I came back like I promised."
The teenage girl stepped back, " Who are You? How do you know me?"
Ryan stepped closer, "You're joking right? It's me, your brother."
Ambers eyes started to water, "Get the hell away from here. You're sick, how dare you say that. You're sick for impersonating my brother, he's dead and you have other nerve to come here! Go to Hell!"
She slammed the door.

July 20th
Ryan woke up sweating. He sat up quickly. He looked around as he tried to forget his sad dream.
Sense hovered towards him, " Did it happen again."
Ryan started to walk away from the cave, "we need to head back, we need to head back now."
Ryan's voice woke up Eclipse, "Dude, chill out."
Sense looked between eclipse and Ryan, "Yeah, calm down. Tell us what you saw."
Ryan started to tear up, "She didn't remember me. I really need to leave, now."
Eclipse watched his surroundings, "Hey guys, I can't hear cayde."
Sense turned towards Eclipse, "Oh, that's not good."
Ryan wiped his eyes with his sleeve, " Let's head back now."
Eclipse shrugged his shoulders then began to head the way they came. Hours had passed slowly. Eclipse was leading the way.
Sense kept his pace with Ryan, "I find it very odd that he remembers which we came from. Do you think he's been here before?"
Ryan pulled his suros, " Don't know, but do you think we can trust him. I mean we know absolutely nothing about him. Who to say he isn't planning to leave us here?"
Eclipse shouted from the front, "You know Ryan, that's a fantastic idea. I think I'll write that down."
Sense laughed,"He's joking right? Right?
Ryan continued walking, "He'd better hope so."

They finally arrived to the entrance only to find the portal destroyed. There was no trace that a portal had ever exist.
Ryan fell to his knees. He started to scream, "No, No, No, Noo! Amber I'm sorry!" Ryan began to hit the ground with his fist while tears fell from his cheek to the inside of his helmet.
Both Eclipse and Sense sat in silence for a while.
Sense hover way from Ryan towards where the portal had formed, "you couldn't let me scan it first."
Eclispe turned towards sense shaking his head. He sat next to Ryan, "How old is she?"
Ryan sat up really quickly. His helmet masked his shocked expression, " What are you talking about?"
Eclipse rest his hand on Ryan's back, "Amber, how old is she?"
Ryan pushed Eclipse's hand off him in frustration, "What did you do? Why do you care?"
Eclipse stood up backing off slightly, "Dude, calm down. I was guessing that you were acting like this because of her. I wasn't trying to start anything."
Ryan stood up, he started to walk away from the group," I need some space."
Sense and Eclipse looked at each other.
Eclipse let out a heavy sigh, " Why does he hate my guts?"
Sense hovered closer to Eclipse, "He's misses his sister. I can't imagine what he's feeling right now." Sense gave a light uncomfortable laugh of sadness, " The messed up thing is, he promised he would come home for Her birthday."
Eclipse laid back looking up at the shadow like sky. He whispered a name to himself, "Emily."

Ryan walked in silence kicking a small round rock. The sound of the rock echoed in the dead halls. "This places is hell." He kick the tiny rock hard. It flew into the darkness of the hall. The sound of metal echoed loudly. Ryan paused for a second, "What the hell?"
Ryan stepped closer, he tried to get a better look.
A red circle light emerged from the darkness. Ryan flinched as the the Metal object stepped into view, "shit, shit, shit! Why does this happen!"
The Vex stood a couple feet from him. 6 more emerged from the shadows.
Ryan pulled his Suros out. He back up slowly as the Vex came closer.
Ryan aimed his gun. His breathing slowed.
Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. Ryan quickly turned. A robotic fist punched him, knocking him out.
The human like vex grabbed him by ankle. It dragged him for several hours while the 7 vex followed.
