Arya
9 years agoScott walks up to Arya. She was holding her legs close to her crying. He sat down next to her. A soft smile cracked on his face, " Hey, Don't cry. Everything is going to be fine."
Arya looked up at Scott, tears flooded her vision, " Where am I? Where's my dad? Who are y-?"
Scott covered her mouth while he brought his voice down to a whisper," Look I can't explain at the moment. Just followed my lead." Scott handed her a gold handcannon, " Use it only if you need to."
Arya's hands shook, her small hands gripped the cold metal, " I can't." She lowered her head, tears fell from her cheeks, " I'm scared."
Scott rested his hand on her back, " Look the whole world needs you to try. Can you do that?"
Arya nodded slightly, " I'll do my best." She held the gun tightly.
He held a confident smile, " You're a brave girl." He patted her head as he stood up. His back pressed against a towering pillar. His visor held the reflection of the Black Garden along with the young Arya. His Monte Carlo rested nicely in his right hand.
Arya stood up, making a run towards Scott and hugged him. Scott patted her head, " Let's get you out of here and find you a safe place to stay."Ryan

Ryan fell to his knees gripping his stomach. Arya kneeled next to him, " I'm so, so sorry."
She held him close to her. Ryan laughed softly, " I'll be fine." He stood up, slowly regained his balanced. Arya watched him push his hair to the side, " Let's go find your Vex friend."
She looked around. Her eyes made their way to a large pillar where Scott stood 6 years ago. She ran passed Ryan, " This way, I'm sure of it."Scott
April 29th
Scott's ship scraped the dark sky of the Black Garden. Two green dot blinked on his radar, " Alright guys how's my ground looking?"
Ryan stood in the open, " Its clear. I don't detect any signs of life."
Scott gripped the controls as he slowed his ship to a steady hover about 30 feet from the ground, " So Ryan, how was the trip? I bet your stomach enjoyed it just as much as I did."
Arya looked down towards the ground. Guilt poured through her whole body for causing Ryan pain. Ryan patted her back softly. He brought her closer to him, " I was in good hands the whole time."
Scott laughed, " Wow way to look on the bright side of things." Scott slid his hand down to lower his ship, " Arya, do you have a lead on the Silver-."
Scott's ship's alarms roared. Seconds later the left wing of his ship was swallowed by purple flames.
Scott flicked 2 switches as he rerouted the ships thrusters to counter the missing weight, " Ryan! What the hell? I thought we were clear.
3 more streams of purple fire shot from the distance. Scott launched his ship upwards as he whipped over the the line of fire, " Hydra straight ahead!"
The dark sky light up as the Vex fired at Scott's ship. Scott shot to the side as his ship scraped the Metal pillars, " Dawn get read for emergency landing."
Dawn quickly nodded as it stashed Scott's things in the black mist.
Scott trust the ship towards the Vex army. His ship spun as it avoid the Vex line of fire. He flicked the last switched while pushing a complicated sequence of buttons. Scott laughed as his ship shot towards the Vex army, " See you in Hell!"
Ryan and Arya jumped as Scott's ship crashed. Arya turned away from the giant explosion while Ryan stood there in disbelief. They stood in silence as the Vex's gun fire slowly died off.
Ryan dropped to his knees, " What the hell just happened? Why? Why would he do that?"
Arya sat next to him as tears fell from her eyes. She burried her face in his arm while Ryan watched the fire burn bright.
Scott appeared behind the young couple. He watched them as they sat quietly in shock. Scott clapped his hands together, " Wow that was some Explosion wasn't it? Remind to ask Cayde what he puts in those things these days."
Both Ryan and Arya quickly turned around. Arya quickly got up and hugged him. She pulled away for a moment as she formed a fist, " Don't ever do that Again!"
Ryan laughed as he watched Arya punch Scott in the chest, " I wonder where he gets that from?" Ryan pulled himself to his feet as he made his way to Scott and Arya.
Arya brushed her hair from her eyes as she slid her helmet on, " There's a 9 mile trail not far from here. If we follow it we should arrive where I first met him. We can look for traces of activity on our way there and hope for the best."
Dawn materialized behind Scott. Scott extended his hand out as his Monte Carlo appeared in his hands, " Lead the way mom."
