*I wonder if we are going on vacation with all of our friends this year.* I looked over at my phone, noticing a text in the group chat.

Aaron: my father is funding a trip to Dallas, Texas for everyone! We are leaving to the airport at 7am tomorrow, I have the tickets. We are staying for the week.

*what a coincidence. Guess I better get packing.*
Your POV:
I wake up to the sound of my phone going off. I sit up and yawn. I reach for my phone and look at the text. It is from Aaron!

*I have never been to Texas! This is going to be fun. I better wake up Ge- wait. He isn't in this group chat, is he not invited? Oh well- but, I'm going to miss him. But he has Sasha and Zenix. At least Dante will be with us!*
I set an alarm titled "go to airport" for 6:30am. I am so excited. I reach for the suitcase at the top of my closet when I feel somebody pick me up to help me reach.
"Where are you going?" I recognize the voice of Gene.
"N-Nowhere.." I say nervously. Gene puts me down once I grabbed my F/C suitcase.
"Seriously. Where are you going?" He says, his eyes meeting mine. He stares at me.
"Fineee, I'm going to Texas with all my friends." I say, giving up.
"How long?" He asks. I remember Aaron's text, *we are staying for the week.*
"One week." I answer. Gene nods.
"When are you leaving?"
"7 AM. I am going to text Aphmau for a ride I think. It would be easier." I explain.
"Okay. Who's going and am I invited?" Gene keeps questioning me, jeez. I pull out my phone and look at who Aaron sent it to in the group chat. *Aaron, Aphmau, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, Lucinda, Me, Dante, Travis, Zane, Garroth, Laurance*
"Aphmau, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, Lucinda, Me, Dante, Travis, Zane, Garroth, and, Laurance. I think that answers your other question, sorry." I pull him into a hug.
"I'll miss you, Y/N." He says.
"Help me pack!" I order. He laughs and nods.
I pick out 7 outfits and a bathing suit. I pack some toiletries in a plastic bag. I pack one fancy outfit in case we go somewhere nice. I also pack two pairs of shoes, sandals and sneakers. I finish off by packing a small backpack to carry around with a hoodie, my phone, and my wallet.
After packing I pick up my phone and text Aphmau, Katelyn, and Kawaii~Chan.

You: hey girls! Do you mind giving me a ride to the airport tomorrow when we are heading to Texas? :)
Aphmau: yeah! We'd love to, see you tomorrow morning!
