TEXAS DAY 7
WITH: Aphmau, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, Lucinda, Dante, Travis, Zane, Garroth, Laurance, and Aaron.
Your POV:
I got out of our car and sat in the grassy field of open land. I felt somebody sit next to me and hold my hand.
"Y-YN, I-I've wanted to ask you this for awhile... w-will you be my girlfriend?" I looked over and saw the man with black hair swept over one of his eyes. The man with pale blue eyes. The man with a mask. The cupcake and ponies obsessed man. That man's name, Zane.
"I-I um.. would love to be Zane!" I stutter, blushing. He smiles and pulls me close and hugs me. I can hear Kawaii~Chan in the background hissing because her ship sunk, also a hint of jealousy (zane~chan. hehe) But, I bet she'll be shipping us later.
Aaron exclaims, "Well, I think we should be getting back to the hotel so we can pack, go to bed, and leave for the airport tomorrow morning." Everyone agrees and we head back to the cars.
"Can I please ride in the guys car this time?" I whine.
"I can go in the girls car if you want Y/N." Dante says. I nod and hop into the guys car, taking a seat next to Zane. Aaron starts driving and I hold Zane's hand. I can hear the quiet growls of jealousy from the guys.
When we get back to the hotel, I pack everything up and yawn. I get on the couch and close my eyes. I think about my new boyfriend, Zane. I wonder how Gene will react. He is so overprotective of me. Then I fall asleep.
~Time Skip: Airplane~
I took a seat next to Zane on the plane ride home. I was still a little sleepy from the night before.
"You look tired Y/N." Zane said.
"A little." I reply. I lay my head on his shoulder and yawn, my eyelids getting heavier and heavier. I soon fall asleep.
~Time Skip: Home again~
I run through my front door in tears. I see Gene stand in the living room in front of me.
"Gene!" I shout between sobs, hugging him tightly. Dante runs up behind me and hugs us.
"I love you Y/N," Gene says. I don't let go of Gene. Aphmau brings in my suitcase and backpack. Aphmau stands there and smiles.
Finally, me, Gene, and Dante let go of each other and I notice Zane next to Aphmau. I still have to tell Gene.
"Uhm.. Gene. I love you too," I say, trying to lighten the blow.
"What do you want?" He replies. Darn it, he knows that I have to tell him something.
"I have a boyfriend." I say smiling. Gene is shocked.
"What?! Since when? Who?" He asks, startled by the news. He's taking it well so far, that's good.
"Since yesterday and he's right here!" I smile, putting my arm around Zane. Gene takes a deep breath, thinking this through.
"Zane really?!" I nod. "If you break her heart, you have to deal with me." Gene says.
"Don't worry, I won't. But I can't make any promises." Zane answers. Gene growls and I laugh.
"See you guys later." I say, waving goodbye. Gene helps me unpack my suitcase. I showed Gene all the cool souvenirs I bought.
~ Christmas Eve! ~
Aphmau is holding a Christmas party tonight. I am sitting on the couch reading Catching Fire, the second book to The Hunger Games series. I am wearing an ugly Christmas sweater. I managed to get Zane to wear a matching one.
At Aphmau's house I'm sitting on the couch with Gene when the doorbell rings. Aphmau yells that she will answer it and Garroth, Laurance, Dante, Aaron, Travis, and Zane walk in.
"Zane!" I exclaim, running up to him. I pull his mask down and give him a quick kiss on the lips. He blushes, still not used to it. Gene growls, still not used to the fact that I have a boyfriend. Especially when it's Zane.
"Aww you guys are wearing matching sweaters. You're such a cute couple." Aphmau exclaims. Kawaii~Chan is going crazy because "her ship", yep she ships us now.
~Later during the party~
Me and Zane were going to get some food so we made our way toward the dining room when Nicole yelled,
"Ooo, mistletoe!" We looked up and right there was mistletoe, Nicole was right. I look at Zane, he cups his hands on my cheeks and smashs his lips onto mine.
"Did you notice their matching sweaters? I never expected Zane to be dating somebody." Cadenza tells Nicole.
"I agree I never saw it coming. But, aren't they so cute," Nicole says.
~One Year Later~
Me and Zane are going to a fireworks show, on a date.
We are getting ready to leave when Zane says, "Y-Y/N. I love you very much. Y-Y/N mean everything to me and I can't imagine life without you so," he is shaking when he gets down on one knee, "will you marry me?" I start tearing up.
"Z-Zane, o-of course I'll marry you." I say between tears. The crowd of people at the fireworks congratulate He puts the ring on my finger and I kiss him. Me and Zane will be together forever, even if I was shadow knight, even if Gene was a jerk in high school, even if I am Gene's sister.
