Norine POV

Bear and I were sitting in front of the family as we wanted to tell them what had happened. "We all know that Norine can't have any more children because of the tumor she had. We had an all clear from the doctor saying the tumor is completely gone." The all had a sigh of relief on their faces. He took my hand as he continued. "There is something else that we need to tell you. I also had surgery and because I didn't want my wife to feel she was inadequate." Ami walked across the room to take both of us in a hug. "I love you both so much." Bear kissed her head as he took my hand. "We are going to go to bed early. Goodnight, More." Everyone yelled it back to us as we walked back to our cabin. "Are you okay?" He nodded his head. "Do you want to talk about it?" He opened the door for me and we walked inside together. We walked towards our room but we stopped to see both of our children were asleep. I felt an emptiness inside of me and I put my hand on my stomach. I felt another hand on top of mine. Bear pulled me close to him and I felt tears in my eyes. I pulled away from him and walked to our room. I lit a few candles around the room and sat on the bed. He sat down beside me but didn't say a thing.

Bear POV

"Are you okay?" She started shaking her head. "No, I'm not okay!" She stood up and ran her fingers through her hair. "I feel worthless because I can't have any more children. We wanted to have at least three more but I guess that isn't going to happen." She started pacing the room when I stopped her and made her look at me. "You are not any less of a woman than you were a month ago. We just can't have any more children. It's not such a bad thing." I rubbed my hands down her arms. She took my face in her hands and kissed me. I pushed her backwards to the bed. We didn't break our kiss as I started to remove her clothes. Her hands went straight to my belt and we were both naked. Norine POV
