Beast Boy x Reader

Chapter 14

You wake up that morning in your bed.

Instantly you check your arms for bruises from the shocks... nothing.

"Hello?" You say out loud, testing your ability to speak.

You jump out of bed. Was it just a dream? Dream of not, you decide you need to tell Robin.

You make your way to the kitchen and Beast Boy was chowing down on some tofu.

"Hey Beast Boy, I have something to tell you. I think something strange is going on with me." Your lips suddenly stop moving but in your head you're yelling "Slade has control over me! He's trying to use me to get to you and the rest of the titans."

Beast Boy just stares at you blankly.

"What did you want to tell me? What's going on?" Beast Boy asks concerned.

"I can't even say it!" You scream.

"It's okay if it's personal. I'm here for you." Beast Boy places his hand on your shoulder.

"No! It's not that I'm just incapable of saying it!" You yell frustrated.

"Look, I am not pressuring you to say anything. Take your time. It's okay." Beast Boy says.

"No! Something isn't letting me say it! I'm trying to speak but I can't!" You yell almost in tears.

"I don't understand..." Beast Boy says confused.

Just then Robin and Cyborg walk up.

"Guys! Something's happening. I can't even say what's happening— and NO it's not that I don't want to it's because I literally CAN'T. You got to believe me something is making it so I actually can not say it." Your eyes start watering.

"It's okay, (Y/N), we'll take you downstairs and get you checked out." Cyborg says leading the way to the make shift hospital you've gotten to know all too well.

You sit down on the bed as Cyborg hooks up wires to your forehead arms and chest.

"We are just going to scan your brain real quick. Then we will proceed with a full body scan." Cyborg says placing a huge brain X-ray machine over your head.

After a minute Cyborg lifts the X-ray off your head.

"We are just going to take your body X-ray now." Cyborg says somewhat nervous.

Robin leads you to a machine you stand up in to get your full body X-ray.

You step out after a few minutes and go back to the bed.

"(Y/N), your pH level dropped insanely low. It's now at a 3. And your thermoreceptor levels are so high. There's no middle colours. There was no green or yellow or blue everything just showed up as dark red." Cyborg says.

"What does that mean?" You ask.

"Did you swallow a bonfire started with sulphuric acid?" Raven jokes.

"Uhh..." you start. Your emotions start to get the best of you. Slade really is controlling you.

Instantly you can't speak. You rip the long wires off your body and stand up.

"(Y/N) what's going on? Are you okay?"  Beast Boy asks.

"(Y/N) I don't think you should be up right now we got to figure this—" before Cyborg could finish speaking your hand flies out in front of you blasting a beam of fire beside Cyborgs head.

"(Y/N) stop! What's gotten into you!?" Robin yells.

You turn to face him and shoot another beam of fire.

"(Y/N) I don't want to hurt you..." Star says her fist out surrounded with her signature green fire ball.

"I want to hurt you though." You day and blast her across the room.

Inside you're crying and screaming trying to gain control of your body. You really don't want to hurt your friends.

Robin rushes to help Starfire. Cyborg then hits you with his arm canon. You fly into the opposite wall.

You jump up and hit him with fire sending him through the wall to the next room!

Robin starts throwing bombs your way, but you manage to dodge every single one.

Beast Boy stares at you wide eyed. "Stop! This isn't you!"

"Obviously it is Beast Boy. She only wanted to hurt us. You know I really thought you were one of us." Robin says while getting his stick out.

You send Robin the same fate as Cyborg and he as well gets knocked out.

Raven keeps trying to grab you but your new fire power cancels out her magic. You trap her in a small cage of fire.

"(Y/N) please! Stop!" Starfire hits you with a star bolt.

You get back up and incase her in a fire cage as well.

Cyborg and Robin run in firing non stop.

You slam into the wall behind you but you were able to surround them with a cage of fire.

The only titan standing in your way now is Beast Boy.

"Please! (Y/N) this isn't you! I know you! Stop! You can fight this!" Beast Boy cries. "I know this isn't you!"

Beast Boy runs toward you pinning your arms down at your side.

Your eyes turn red as he slams his lips into yours. Passionately kissing you.

Suddenly your eyes flash from that deep red, to white, to your normal eye colour.

You push Beast Boy away.

You burst into tears instantly! The second you gain your control back. But Slade can take over any time soon.

You run to get a scalpel from where the medical supplies is kept and start digging at your head where Slade said he put the chip. Blood starts running down your face as you rip it out. Wires that were contracted to your nerves and such also came out with the bloody chip.

You drop it on the floor and stomp it to pieces.

You fall to your knees crying. The fire cages surrounding your friends disappear.

Beast Boy runs to your side while Robin runs off to fetch a cloth and stitches for your head.

You fall into Beast Boys arms, drenching him with tears and blood. He didn't mind, though. He held you as you cried.
