Beast Boy x Reader

Chapter 20

The next day you wake up cold in your bed. You throw on a robe and slippers and head to the kitchen for breakfast.

"Good morning!" Cyborg exclaims while flipping some pancakes. "Want some?"

"Yes please!" You say excitedly "thanks for always making breakfast!"

"Hey guys!" Robin says making his way down the hallway.

"Did you sleep well?" Starfire swings around and asks.

"Yeah I did, thanks." Robin answers.

"Same! Where is Beast Boy?" You ask.

"Perfect timing, there he is." Robin points out as Beast Boy makes his way down the hallway.

"Sup dudes and dudettes?" Beast Boy laughs while sitting down next to you.

"Morning." Raven turns around from the couch to greet everyone.

After everyone finishes breakfast Beast Boy pulls you aside in the hallway.

"We have had the most crazy week. And I really want to get to know you more." Beast boy grabs your hip making butterflies dance in your stomach.

"Yeah?" You tease.

"Yeah." He moves his hand up to your waist, "but first." He pulls back and grins widely, "please let me take you on a date?"

You laugh, "of course." You match his smile.

"Great! I hated having to hide my feelings towards you and I feel like a date would be the best way to make up for those missed weeks." Beast Boy explains.

"No need to make up for anything, but I am excited." You say.

"Meet me in the living room in 20 minutes?"

"Sure." You say and head to your room. You dance around while changing from your robe into your favourite casual outfit.

You head to the living room, but are there before Beast Boy.

"Wow! Y/N you look beautiful!" Starfire compliments you.

"Thank you!"

"You must be going on the date?"

"I am."

"Beast Boy is so lucky. You are so good for him." Starfire smiles.

"Thank you, Star!"

"Hey!" Beast Boy heads down the hallway and meets up with you.

"Hi." You smile.

"Ok bye guys!" Beast Boy says as he grabs your shoulder to usher you and you two head out the door.

"So big date today? What do you want to do?" You ask.

"I just wanted the day alone with you, honestly! But I have a few favourite spots we can check out." Beast Boy slowly traces down your arm and twists his fingers around yours until you both lock hands.

You both walk around Jump City into a gorgeous nature park. There is a small trail along the waterfront he takes you to.

Beast Boy notices you admiring the view, "you know, this view is almost as beautiful as you." Beast Boy says. You look to him and he stares into your eyes longingly.

You let out a small giggle and cuddle up into his arms as you walk a bit further.

"I haven't been this happy in a long time." You look up to meet his gaze.

"Yeah." Beast Boy pulls back from you a bit. "Me either."
