chapter 27

Kyle smashed into a bunch of trees. He was sure he sprained his leg. His head was aching like crazy. He got up wincing as soon as he stood up his head started to spin. He started cursing himself for his lack of stamina. Alistair and the others were staring at him as he came limping back. He suddenly broke into a run it hurt like hell but he ran away.

Alistair was shocked he didn't have enough time to react Kyle hit him really hard it knocked him hard.He landed on top of him and smacked him again. Alistair  didn't give up. Alistair balled his fists and hit Kyle on the head. He knocked him out and stood up. Kyle was holding his head. Alistair raised his sword as if he were going to stab him. When he raised his sword there was a flash of lighting in the sky. The lightning caught Alistair's sword setting his clothes on fire.  He started to scream .After a second he stood in place.

He was on fire and he just stood there. Elliot, Vanessa and Kyle were too surprised to react. "Did you think that fire will stop me ?" He asked laughing. Kyle summoned another lightning this time nothing happened. There was a small flash of lightning which went nowhere near Alistair. The fire which had caught his clothes were now extinguished and Alistair was missing as well.

He had just disappeared which was not a good sign. Everyone was really confused Hera as well. He was nowhere in sight. Kyle knew he was planning to ambush them. Everything around them turned silent . Something knocked him out from behind he fell flat on his face.When he turned around there was no one around. "Don't be  a coward like you always are show  yourself!" cried Kyle. He was sure this comment angered Alistair. Still there was no sign of him. He felt a presence behind him and a tug for the crown. Kyle was fast enough to hit him with his sword.

Alistair's invisibility vanished and he fell on the ground. Everyone surrounded him. " I am going to finish you so that you never bother anyone from Andros again." said Kyle. Alistair kicked him from under and then Kyle felt hard on his back. This was starting to turn into a silly fight. He had to destroy this man once and for all.

Kyle and Alistair stood up and faced each other both of them bruised really badly but neither  refusing to give up. Kyle Knelt to the ground and Alistair laughed and said " You don't need to beg for my forgiveness because I am going to kill you anyway ". Kyle said nothing he took the crown and wore  it on his head. He lifted his sword and thrust it into the ground with full force. "Is that a way of telling me you give up?" asked Alistair.

Everything was silent then all of a sudden Kyle was lifted in the air .He seemed to grow wings which were black in color and all of a sudden the pendant was around his neck. Everyone was gaping he didn't know how any of this was happening . Then it struck him that  this was a magical island and it was helping him. A large hole started to form in the place where Alistair was standing and he was sucked into it. Kyle saw Alistair's face for the last time and it closed up.

" That was easy" whistled Elliot. Vanessa ran over to him and hugged him. "You did it " she was so happy. Kyle looked around him there were lots of people. Kyle didn't understand he didn't remember any people on the island. Hera came near him  and smiled. " I knew you didn't change your mind ." Kyle said.

"Where did people come from?" asked Kyle. " Their souls were protected by the islands barrier and because the island was under the water." said Hera.

She took Kyle to the palace pulling his arm. They climbed a few stairs. The palace was bursting with activity. They walked passed them  and went onto the balcony which was attached to a room, which he assumed was the king's room. When he stepped on to the balcony he heard cheering. He stepped onto the balcony with Hera.

" People of Andros "she said aloud " bow down to your King ." Everyone bowed down . He was crowned king .
