You haven't called me in three days and at first I let it slide because I get that you're on tour and you're busy and tired and we've been texting a little, but Luke's had the time to call me, not once, but twice, and he's said that you've had plenty of down time between shows. Hell, you had a day off yesterday. What gives, Calum?"

"I love you, baby, so much. And it's kinda scary, you know? We haven't even been dating for a full week, but I love you so much more than I've loved people I've dated for years. And as soon as I finally get you and realize it, I have to pack up and leave for months. We're going to have to go through a few days without contact. These past few days I've barely left my room except for rehearsal and and concerts because I've just been so tired and I've been on my phone constantly with management trying to convince them to let me take you on tour with-"

"Wait, take me on tour?"

"Yeah, of course, if you'd like to. I'm still trying to get everything sorted, but it looks good. I just want to be near you."

"Of course I want to go, Cal. I'd be stupid if I didn't. Who would I be if I turned down the chance to tour Europe with my boyfriend and two of my favorite bands."

"Always. When I get into a relationship I throw my whole self into it. And that has come back to bite me in the past, but that's just how I am. I've been told that it would be stupid if I did that with you, 'cause you're famous and shit, and I have to force myself not to listen to everything they tell me that you are going to do, because I know that it's bullshit. It just sucks, ya know? I'm always the one who was more invested in all of my relationships that I've been in. I just want the person I love to think of me first for once."

"Why is it so hard? Ash's girlfriend went on the last tour with you guys, right?"

"Yeah, I don't know. I don't like to make assumptions, but I get the feeling that they are lowkey homophobic. Like if I wasn't making them money, they would totally curse me out. It wasn't like this at first. They seemed fine with [me coming out, but now I have you. I guess they felt like they could ignore it if I was single, but I'm not. What are you gonna do about it though? There's nothing I can do, except constantly bother them about it and fight my case."

"Okay, enough of this serious shit; that was enough to supply me for a month. Did you know that bumfuzzle was a word?"
