Finn
First, I get to see my friends after a while and then Millie and I call each other, not including the group call, and now she's here in front of my eyes? What's going on? I'm not complaining. It's just so unbelievable! I missed her no doubt. Caleb then questioned Millie and I by saying, "Guys? You both realize you are still hugging, right?" Crap. I got lost in my thoughts. She let go of me slowly and awkwardly as Gaten, Sadie, and Noah gave me bright smiles. Millie was all red. It was so adorable. I scratched my head and brushed my messy hair out of my face to say, "Let's go eat our lunches. Break is about to end." Everyone nodded as Millie turned around to wave goodbye to her mother. "The whole gang is here," Gaten said with a chuckle. All six of us headed out of the office towards the lunch tables.
It seemed like it was forever since the last time I saw her. The good old days when we were filming Stranger Things was epic. All of us talked constantly at the lunch tables. I talked less than usual actually. Maybe because I'm still speechless after everything just happened all at once. I caught myself staring at Millie a couple of times. Okay, fine. Probably not a couple of times but you get the point. She's definitely the same person but she looks a bit different. Her hair is slightly longer but trimmed nicely and slicked to the back messily. Kinda pretty actually... I mean, good. Pretty good is what I mean.
"Finn," Millie said with a wide smile. Oh no. I was staring at her ever since we all walked to the lunch tables. Did she notice me dazing off and just glimpsing at her? She continued, "Are you doing okay? You seem awfully tired." She noticed my jet lag. "It's just jet lag. I just came back from filming," I told her with a reassuring grin. Noah, who was sitting next to me, pushed me closer to Millie by bumping me in the arm. I rubbed myself to ease the pain. Well, at least I didn't accidentally hit Millie. That would've been embarrassing.
However, with Caleb and Gaten giving me not-so-settling looks is just so annoying. I hope Millie doesn't notice. I feel like she's so caught up with talking to everyone. She's been talking to Sadie more compared to all six of us, mostly because they're literally like sisters. They're inseparable even. Forget the distance. Their friendship is extremely strong, despite only hanging out before and during season two of Stranger Things the majority of the time. It's crazy to think that time flies by so fast. I mean, now we're doing season three this year in 2019! That's absolutely insane!
Millie explained to every single one of us why she was here exactly. I hope the Duffer Brothers will train her to do amazing in this new upcoming show she stars in. But then again, she is a pretty good actress. Why would producers even deny her acting skills? She's basically a professional. Millie has countless awards at such a young age, she's kindhearted, and humble to literally everyone. What's not to love? I mean I don't love love her like that. I think. Well, besides the point, she will do a phenomenal job on nailing this role and I'm sure of it.
Millie
I felt like I could talk forever but unfortunately, lunch ended and my mom called me over to do one of those school tours once I got registered. I waved to all of my friends goodbye and headed to the office where the principal and my beloved mother were waiting. This place is like a mansion. Not fancy at all but it is so vast with massive buildings. Oh boy. I will get lost in this place. I didn't pay close attention as to what the principal was saying about my daily school schedule. Out of everything that has happened, the only sea of thoughts roaming around in my head were all about Finn.
