I wake up to a beeping sound from my phone and realised it was twitter before realising the time.

1:30AM.

I go onto Twitter and read the message.

@JayTheWanted: I am proud to announce that I am now engaged to a beautiful girl. @Normality5252 I love you.

JAY'S ENGAGED!

WTF?!?!

WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN?!?!

"Scarlet, What the fuck are you doing? It's late, go to sleep and get off your phone." Nathan groans as I roll my eyes and get up before sititng downstairs leaving him alone in the bed to sleep.

I ring Jay.

"Hellooooooooooooooooo, Scaaaaaaaaaar." He slurs down the phone.

Drunk!

"Jay when the fuck did you get a girlfriend?" I say as he laughs.

"I dunno but I am engageeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddd." I hang up and sigh before I realise a voice that I heard talking to Jay in the background.

That high pitched voice.

Taia.

Oh.

My.

God.

"NATHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"SCARLET! WHAT THE FUCK?!?!" He runs downstairs and I'm crying.

"Jay is dating that... Taia girl that you had sex with behind my back a... and..." I trail off and cry again, "It brings back old memories Nathan and she might try something." I say as he sighs and hugs me.

"I'm sorry." He whispers in my ear over and over again.

~The next night~

We have a babysitter for Sophie as we've been invited to dinner wih Jay and Taia.

Great.

I wear a nice slim black baby doll dress, black tights and black heels with a cardigan and a black bobble hat thingy with my hair down wavy and natural makeup.

Foundation, blusher, eyeliner, mascara and lip balm.

I meet Nathan at the door and his jaw drops.

Like literally hits the floor.

I shut it for him and we head to the resturant.

"Scar, Nath, Over here!" Jay shouts as I wave and we run over.

I give Jay the biggest hug ever as I hear Taia sigh from beside.

"Is something wrong?" I ask as she sighs and rolls her eyes, "Is a girl who lost her memory for about 2 months not aloud to hug one of her best friends?" I snap as she turns her head to me.

"You wanna watch your mouth, love." She says as I roll my eyes.

"No. YOU wanna watch YOUR mouth, love because I will fill it in for you if you would like. What do you want a punch or a fucking hospital bed?" I reply sharply as she walks away.

"Scarlet!" Nathan exclaims.

I just roll my eyes and walk in with him, but he stops us.

"Lose your attitude." He says sternly.

"MY ATTITUDE?!?! WHAT ABOUT HERS?!?!" I scream at him.

"Scar please, don't." He says.

"No Nathan, she's a bitch I hate her." Nathan kisses me and looks into my eyes.

"I know, just do this, please, for Jay." He says as I nod and walk in with him.

I sit at the table and pull a sarcastic smile at her then a genuine smile at Jay.

I want this night to end.
