Chapter 24

"Nathan this is pathetic!" I yell.

"You're pathetic!" He yells

"This is pointless! " I yell again.

"You're pointless! " He yells back.

I give up.

"You know what I am leaving. For real. You can keep the house. You can keep everyting except from me. Maybe give the engagement ring to Taia as her and Colby seem more important than me. I'll see you around Nathan." I say before leaving the house and slamming the door shut. I wipe away my tears before going to Orlando's house and knocking on the door.

He opens the door and smiles brightly at me.

"CHEESEFACE!" I scream as he hugs me.

"Hi babe." He says as I giggle.

"Look, can I come in? I'm a bit not right at the moment." He nods and lets me in.

"What's happened honey?" Orlando asks as I let the tears fall.

"Me and Nathan had an argument because that Taia girl got pregnant after raping him and now she's had his son and we we're yelling at eah other. He smashed the cup that Wesley made for him, I broke a necklace, a photo and the table and gave him back the engagement ring. I left but decided to go back. I got home the house was wrecked, Nathan was staring at a photo I threw at him that you took of me and him when we got together in college and I said that the argument was pathetic and he told me that I was pathetic then I said it was pointless and he said that I was pointless so I left and now I have nowhere to go so can I stay? Please, please, please? I promise to never leave you again. Never ever ever." I beg getting on my knees as he laughs.

"Of course you can babe. My home is your home. Whether we've seen each other or not I will always help you because I love you." Orlando says as I squeal a little and hug him happily.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you." I say as he laughs and hugs me back.

"Josh is over later though." He says as I raise my eyebrows.

"Josh. That super hot guy from secondary school?" I ask as he nods.

"Yeah, he's my boyfriend. He's gay. You know that don't you?" He says as I cover my mouth.

"Oh my god. I am so sorry. I thought he was straight. I am... Omigod. I'm sorry." I say as he shrugs.

"We know someone who's always wanted to date you though if you're ready for a new relationship. If not you could just hang out as friends for a bit." Orlando says as I nod.

"Wait... It's not Leo is it? The one that used to cheat off my maths papers. He's a total nerd."

"Nope. It's Dylan. The super cute guy from the shopping centre. Turns out he's Josh's cousin and he wants to meet you and Josh is bringing him over later cause I just texted him to and now I need to make you pretty so that you and him can hang out tonight but, not here. Let's go shopping." Orlando says excitedly as I laugh and he pulls me to his car.

We arrive at the shopping centre and go into loads of shops just buying me loads of nice clothes because Orlando has style.

We leave and enter the house before getting me ready.

I get changed into a blue dress with skin tights and blue heels before curling my hair and doing my usual makeup.

Light foundation, blusher, eyeliner, mascara and lip balm.

I have some light blue clips in my hair to hold back the front and it matches my dress, heels and cardigan.

Then there's a knock at the door and I open it to see Nathan stood there.

"Oh, I thought you were Dylan." I say as he looks at me confused.

"They're gonna hang out as friends and you can't come. Go home Nathan." Orlando says as Nathan nods and leave.

Finally Dylan and Josh arrive and we go out leaving Orlando and Josh to talk.

"So..." I start.

"Do you like football?" We both say at the same time.

"Oh my god." I say.

"I know it's weird." Dylan says.

"So, we should hook up?" Dylan asks as I shake my head.

"Friends with Benefits sounds way better." I say as he agrees and we run all the way to his house before running to his room and shutting the door...

"Okay, that was fun." Dylan says laying beside me as I turn to him and smile.

"I know, we need to do this more often." I say as he smiles and winks at me.

"Totally." He replies as I smile and he puts his arm round me in an attempt to cuddle me and evidently it worked.

This is one good guy.
