I take a few seconds to calm down and I realize that what I just did was dumb and immature. Maybe I'm on my period or something. Uhg now I feel terrible!
I was about to get out when I hear the door on the other side open. I look over to see Hannah and Saige getting in.
"Guys I'm-" they cut me off to say "We are sorry ,Darby, we didn't know that topic was fragile" I can hear the real apologia(idk how to spell) in their voices. "It's okay. It's not your fault. I'm the one who should be apologizing."
The driver's door opens and I see a Connor coming in. "Sorry." I say pitifully "don't worry about them stealing me from you. I'm all yours."
How can this one boy change my mood from feeling like shit to the happiest girl alive.... I guess it's just like old times but now this is real and not just on a screen.
