Chapter 11

Chapter 11:

It was morning day as Michael was sitting in his usual self morning position drinking coffee while reading the newspaper. Cliché right? Jackie on the other hand was making breakfast while humming the national anthem.

Michaels phone ringed. His eyes the size of golf balls and Jackie began to tense up. She placed the spatula down and walked slowly up to her husband. He pulled out his phone from the back pocket and slowly looked at the caller idea.

Demetria

His sister.

They both took a long breathe in relief as Michael answer.

"How may I help you?" He asked to Demetria clearly annoyed. Demi and Michael didn't have a horrible sibling relationship but a neutral one. They had their days. Michael was still the average over protective brother when it comes to Demi seeing boys. They always teased each other.

"Michael it's Kyle." She gasped on the other side. Jackie was confused and starring intensely at Mike.

"What happened?!" He yelled in worry. Kyle was his younger brother who was 13. That boy and Michael got along well.

"Chill.Nothing serious. It's just that-"

"That what?! Demetria!" Michael interrupted pulling his hair. Jackie rubbed his shoulders to calm him down.

"I caught him watching porn." Demi blurted out. She clearly was grossed out and confused. The only reason she didn't tell her parents was because Kyle wouldn't listen to them but only his older brother Michael.

"And the problem is..." Michael wasn't shock it was normal for a boy who barley hit puberty to watch porn.

"I heard he was talking on the phone about banging his girlfriend!" She yelled with an Ew. Michaels eyes literally were popping out of his sockets.

"Keep an eye on him Demi."

"That boy doesn't really know how to put on a condom."

"Okay." She seemed to calm herself down

"Call me if anything happens." He says before hanging up. The kitchen stench of burn. Jackie forgot she had the eggs frying so she ran to the stove and switched it to low. It was to late because the food completely burned. Throwing out the rest of the food she looked at Mike.

"What happened?" She asked placing new eggs on the frying pan.

"Kyle apparently wants to have sex with his girlfriend."

"Oh my."

"I know." Michael gasped pulling out his phone again. "I should probably call my grandma and Garry to tell them about the call." He said dialing a number in his iPhone and placing it in his ear.

"So you want me to call this number now?" Grandma asked clearly confused. She finally decided to visit them with Garry by her side. Michael was still in shock he didn't know if it was true or not but he wouldn't let that get to him. "Yep please help me you and Garry."He pleaded.That made two people but he needed one more.

Since the strange phone call the phone rang every night at the same time and counted down the days he has left to live. Jackie wasn't functioning right and she was starting to feel sick to the stomach. Who knew if this was a joke or not? He once disconnected the house phone but that didn't stop his cellphone from ringing either. Those people knew where he was and they also knew his family and close friends. They knew that Jackie was one of his weakness. Jackie wouldn't let nothing happen to her man. She had to do something to save her husband.
