"He wasn't good for you anyway. What a punk."

"Oh my gosh, you're so right. He always wears ripped jeans and leather jackets, and honestly, I doubt his hair is that dark. Probably dye from like, Hot Topic." It was barely five minutes, and Rey was already over Ren. She had the help over her best friend, Poe, to help her realize that she was better off without Ren.

"You know what? We're gonna find you a new, better boy. Let's go" Poe said as he stood up and put on his one of a kind, never-leaves-the-house-without-it jacket. Rey rolled her eyes and sighed. In all honesty though, she was glad she had a friend as outgoing as Poe to make sure she didn't stay holed up in her room crying all day.

After driving around town for about 15 minutes, Poe pulled his pitch black Mercedes into the parking lot of a small coffee shop. "Awh, cute. I love the coffee shop cliche." Rey giggled as she stepped out of the car.

"Hey, there are some really cute guys in this place." He replied with a wink, and held open the door for her. The shop smelled of freshly ground coffee, and soft peaceful music was playing in the background. As she walked in the door, she noticed the calm atmosphere the place gave off. The counter was directly in front of the door and was fairly small. On both sides were seating areas, with plenty of comfy chairs, couches, and (most importantly) charger ports.

When Rey pointed it out, Poe whispered, "I know, bringing in your laptop to work on homework is a great excuse to check out all the cute guys." Rey giggled, and walked up to the barista to order a drink. He turned around and Rey had to force herself to not react. The barista was hot. He was tall and thin with ginger hair that laid neatly on his head, slicked back, but still natural and soft. He had pale skin with bright green eyes.

"Hi there, what can I get you two?" He asked, snapping Rey back to reality. She looked at Poe; he always ordered for her. She hated coffee.

"I will have a large salted caramel iced coffee, and Rey will have a large tea with lemonade."

"Okay, is that all?"

"Oh! And your number, please" Poe added with a smile. Rey groaned. He was so cliché, she thought she was going to die from her cheeks overheating. The barista looked between the two.

Eventually, he replied, "if it's for you," gesturing at Rey, "sorry, I don't swing that way.  And if it's for you," he gestured at Poe, "not really my type. But I can still get you your drinks." He turned around to the coffee machines without another glance at the couple. Poe looked slightly shocked, slightly offended, and slightly impressed. Rey was just embarrassed. A few minutes later, the ginger handed them their drinks and they left the small shop.

"Not his type!" Poe exploded as soon as the door closed. "I'm everybody's type! I mean, look at me!" Rey giggled through her straw.

"Hey, I thought this was for me to find a cute new boy, not you." Rey replied half joking. Poe only gave a non-cohesive grunt as he started the car.
