"Apparently, there is no ship-UFO thing in the Australian area." Mum said. "Anyway, guess what?! We're going to Australia!
"Woah!" Said the three kids.
"Then you better get packing, we're going tomorrow." I couldn't believe it! I got packing instantly.
The next day, we had to get up at 4:00 a.m because the plane left at 8:00 and mum wanted to make sure we were early.
We were on the plane, it was apparently supposed to be light here, but it was dark, and it was midday! It didn't make sense. Being on the plane was boring and the engines were sooooo loud! Especially as jay kept on crying. I finally decided to listen to music through my headphones. I couldn't have the music on loud because mum would disapprove of the music and it would be inappropriate for jay. I have tonnes of headphones that I don't even want! People say that that is the only thing cool about me. I'm usually studying and doing geeky stuff. I put my headphones on and listened to music.
I must have fallen asleep on the plane, because when I woke up we were nearly there. "We're nearly here!" Callum said, excitedly. When we landed, we went to get our luggage. It took is an hour to get our luggage because we kept missing it! Well I didn't miss it, or mum, but my stupid brothers did. (I'm an a star student. I'm training to be a surgeon. I love studying!)
We went out, to see it was dark. It was only 4:00 in the afternoon. But...but...it was supposed to be light here! Is it following me?! It's already beginning to freak me out. Later, mum said I could go off for a little bit, but I had to be back in two hours. So I went.
I was walking on the beach, when the whole beach lit up! I didn't remember anything after that....
