__________
Josh awoke with seeing himself lying in bed with nurses surrounding him while his heart rate monitor went out of control. Josh wasn't in his body though. He was outside of it starring at the nurses and himself. It wasn't the room from the crash. It was the room from when he got beat up by Tim. Josh tried to get the nurse's attention, but none of them responded to Josh's presence. He decided to walk up to them and tap them on their shoulders to see if they would notice him then.
"Excuse me." Josh said trying to tap one of the nurses shoulders with his fingers, but his finger went through her shoulder. "What the hell?" Josh whispered to himself, not that anyone would hear him anyways. Josh heard a voice yelling from inside his room calling his name.
"J?! Stay with me ." The voice called out with a cry.
It was Tyler. He was trying to get through the heard of nurses so he could hold Josh's hand.
"Sir, you can't be in here." One of the nurses said noticing Tyler trying to get through them. "Security!" The nurse called out.
"No, I need to stay here. This is my boyfriend."
"I'm sorry, but we can't allow that. This is an emergency, and we can't have visitors watching us from inside the room." The nurse spoke nicely to Tyler. There was no anger in her voice, only calmness considering the situation.
Tyler was greeted with two arms grabbing him from under his armpits and being dragged out by his noodle like biceps and trying to drag him out, but Tyler shook their hands off. "I can leave by myself." Tyler spoke to the guards with a huff as he escorted himself with his head down. Josh became frustrated with the guards trying to drag Tyler out so rudely. Tyler started walking to the lobby when he heard the beeping of the heart rate monitor begin to go at a faster pace.
He turned back around and luckily the guards weren't there in case Tyler came back. He rushed over to the closed door of Josh's room, and looked through the little sliver of glass they give to you to look inside the room. The nursers became even more frantic than what they were already being trying to get Josh to get out of the state that he was in.
Tyler was about to open the door, but was stopped by seeing Blurryface on the other side of the door (of course) holding the knob and preventing Tyler from being able to open the door. The next time Tyler blinked, two Blurryfaces appeared. One on the other side of the door, and one that was right next to Josh hovering his hand over Josh's face as if he was casting a spell on him.
"Josh!!" Tyler yelled as loud as he could almost sounding like a teenage girl.
From the other side of the little sliver of glass Josh was trying to pry one of the Blurryfaces' hands, which was now on Josh's real body's face, off. Tyler couldn't see Josh which was weird, but Josh needed to focus on getting rid of the Blurryface that was trying to put some magical voodoo on him. As Josh was trying to pry one of the Blurryfaces' hands off of his somewhat functioning body, he kept repeating the same question over and over again. Why are you doing this? After repeating the same question over, and over again with no response from either of the Blurryfaces, Josh had enough and screamed at the top of his lungs, "STOP!!"
Everything was still. Both of the Blurryfaces were still, Josh's heart rate monitor was still, the nurses were still, and Tyler was still. He took this opportunity to fix some of the things that were wrong. A grin formed across Josh's face excitement boiling up inside of him.
He started off with removing the biggest problems which were the two Blurryfaces. He grabbed the scalpel that one of the doctors where holding, and slit the neck of one of the Blurryfaces. He transformed into a black smoke, and went on his way through the air vent that was inside of Josh's room. He then went over to the next Blurryface, and did the same thing. The door opened ajar, and then Josh opened it all the way. He picked Tyler up and placed him standing beside him moving some of the nurses out of the way in the process. He fixed his facial expression, and Tyler's posture before moving on. The next thing Josh did was removing all of the nurses, except for one. The one that was kind to Tyler. From what Josh read on her name tag, it said her name was Ashley. Josh also fixed her facial expression and her posture as well. The last thing Josh did was fix his heart rate. With a couple switches to his heart rate number he was back to normal with that, but he need to figure out a way to put himself back in his body.
Josh started to remember how people in shows or movies would just lay on top of their bodies, and they would magically come back into the real world. Josh thought why the hell not, and laid on top of himself, his back to the bed. As suspected it worked.
Josh opened his eyes to the sound of his heart rate monitor beeping at a normal pace and two kind voices greeting him with a big bright smile on their faces.
"Hey Josh." The two voices said.
"Hey" Josh spoke with a raspy sound to his throat.
"How ya doin J?" Tyler asked holding Josh's hand and kissing him on his forehead.
"Um, good. I guess. I'm pretty beat up."
"You're making jokes about your injuries now? Cute." Tyler spoke to Josh with a smirk and wink to his right eye.
Josh giggled softly before saying, "Yeah."
"Hey Josh. I'm Ashley. While Tyler was leaving your heart started to go out of wack, but you're all good now. If you need anything just press that button that's on your bed and one of us nurses will come and help." Ashley gave a big smile as she left the room to give Tyler and Josh some time alone.
"Hey J"
"Hey Ty."
"What happened J?" Tyler spoke with concern. "Do you know why you would go out of wack like that?"
"Blurryface." Josh deadpanned.
"Huh?"
"Blurryface Ty."
"Who the hell is Blurryface J?"
"Not again."
