"Thank you" I say to the exhausted taxi driver before I handed him a sum of money, I climb out the backseat and make my way to my luggage, I finally manage to pull my bags out the small space in the boot of the car.

I say one last thanks and then I see his car drive off into the night distance, I am left in the wet surroundings near my apartment, I never minded the wet, I am actually quite fond of it, maybe because I am used to it living in England and all.

I breathe in and turn around slowly in a circle taking in where I am going to be living, my eyes focus on the dim surroundings and the slight drizzle of rain falling from the deep sky.

This is home I guess....

I fumble with my key and scan it on the lock, I hear a faint beeping sound then the opening of the door, I sigh and I dump my bags on the floor in exhaustion, the lights shoot on in an instant lighting up the entrance and most of the dark street.

I shuffle through the door to the apartment building and close it with a slight bang. Stairs, great. This is going to be a long night, at least I will be burning calories,  sitting down in that tight, compact taxi and aeroplane made me feel uncomfortable.

It was just the thought of not moving, having to look down at my stomach for twenty minutes while the taxi driver talked about his life when he travelled to London, having to tap my foot continuously to ease the guilty my mind felt for not exercising, it might sound petty and stupid to some people but to me it was a part of a day in the life of (Y/n).

....................

(When (Y/n) is talking to anyone from now on imagine you are talking in Korean, unless I specify otherwise :) x)

I finally settle down on the congenial couch that was already in the apartment.

"Hello?" I say carefully into the phone, the caller ID was unknown, maybe a cold caller or salesman? Why would they be calling at midnight?

"Hello is this (Y/n)?" The voice of a middle aged man came through the speaker I reply with 'yes' hesitantly waiting for a reply.

"Sorry for calling at such a short notice, my name is Jisung I am a the manager of the social team at BigHit Entertainment, I understand that you applied for a job here last month" I have a moment of realisation then jump back to the present.

"Yes... yes I did" well done I think sarcastically to myself as I eagerly wait for his response again.

"Would you be willing to start tomorrow? I assume that you know where our building is" His response didn't really sound like a question, I pause for a minute thinking if I could quickly back out of the offer before it was too late. I need the money though and I can't keep relying on Rose for financial aid.

"Of course, I would love to!" I say trying to keep my excitement on the down low but failing miserably.

"Glad to hear it, your day will start when the boys come in for practice so be there for eight in the morning to cater for Bangtan Boys or other trainees in the building" He says with little to no exhilaration, I make a mental note before saying thank you and goodbye to him.

I hear the familiar growl in my stomach but I push it to the back of my head not wanting to think about food, I grab my alarm clock from my bedside table and set it to six praying that the sound would be able to wake me up, once I am dressed and ready to sleep I creep into my warm bed and let the darkness of the night take over me.

.......................

I groan at the horribly familiar vibration of my alarm clock on my bedside table and the annoying repetitive sound of the tune that I am too used to. I sit up feeling slightly dizzy as I regain my surroundings, I fix my hair out of habit, swing my legs out of bed and hit the silence button on my clock, my usual morning routine. My eyes widen as I remember the phone call from last night, It's a big day today.
