Arias POV
I walked out of the classroom a little upset that Ezra had to give up his job here because of me. I sat down in the cafeteria wondering whether we had a future after he left Rosewood High. I found my way back to his English classroom finding the room completely empty. I felt a hint of sadness build up inside knowing I hadn't had a chance to say goodbye. I walked over to the window spotting him in the faculty car park packing boxes into his boot. I ran as fast as my little legs would take me out into the car park.

"Ezra" I yelled out as he turned around taking me into his arms and crashing his lips to mine.

After a moment we pulled apart to take a breath as he placed my feet back on the ground. He quickly picked up the last box and threw it in the boot before grabbing my hand and opening the passenger door for me. I quickly jumped in. He ran around the other side and quickly jumped in locking lips with mine again. We drove back to his apartment hand in hand.

We made our way upstairs towards Ezra's apartment forgetting all the boxes in the trunk. We crashed through 3B's door landing on the couch with Ezra on top pulling away from my lips and tracing kisses down my neck. I began unbuttoning his shirt while he spread hot and fiery kisses down my neck. I pushed his shirt off his shoulders as our lips found their way back together. My phone began ringing and I knew I had to get it in case it was mom wondering where I was. I reached across to the coffee table while still planting kisses on his lips.

"Hello" I said answering the phone looking at the caller id.
"Hello Aria, its Ella" My mom replied.
"Hey mom" I replied casually as Ezra stood up and whispered in my ear "I'm going for a cold shower". I let a giggle escape my lips before my attention return back to my phone call.
"Aria your dad and I are going to New York for the weekend for an art gallery opening. We will be back late Sunday arvo. Mike's going to stay at a friend's place. We will leave some money on the counter" she replied.
"Sure mom, I might stay at Spencers tonight. Don't worry about us. Have fun. Love you" I answered with a big grin on my face.
"Love you too honey, bye" she replied before hanging up the phone.

Ezra emerged from the bathroom with just a towel around his waist. I walked over ready to continue our make out session. I grabbed his glistening wet black hair in my hand and pulled him in for another deep long kiss.

He pulled away quickly "Aria I have to get ready for a meeting with the Dean at Hollis" He said with a cheeky boyish grin.

"Oh...Ezra!" I replied shaking my head in disapproval and pouting. He just laughed. "Ok" I added leaning in to kiss him one last time while slipping my fingers around the join of the towel and ripping it off his body as I walked away giggling. I sat down on the couch and text Spencer as Ezra continued getting dressed. 'Meet me at the bar near your house in 30? I really need a stiff drink' I hit send. 'Sure! See you then' Spencer replied almost immediately.

Ezra drove me back to school to get my car. Once in, I headed to the Phoenix bar to meet up with Spence. I walked in scanning the room but she mustn't have arrived yet.

"Hi can I please grab a vodka and soda" I asked the bar tender placing money on the counter. I took a seat at a small table at the back watching the guy strumming on his guitar singing 'Oasis wonder wall'. He was really good I thought to myself as I started singing along. I watched the door open as Spencer and Hannah strode in spotting me and took a seat.

"Hey did you guys want a drink?" I asked finishing the last drop in my glass.

"Sure I'll grab them" Spencer said standing up and walking to the bar.

"So I thought you would be hanging out with Fitzy. Not being your teacher and all now" Hannah replied giggling.

"Yeah I really wanted to spend my night with you guys" I said smiling sweetly before laughing.

Spencer returned with three straight scotches. "You said a stiff drink right?" Spencer laughed as she placed the drinks on the table.

I took a sip feeling the burn down my throat and chest. "Hmm not bad" I replied laughing.

"So how are you and Ezra after his resignation?" Spencer asked with a concerned look on her face.

"Yeah were good...I think. He has a meeting with the Dean now for an English position at Hollis" I replied smiling.

"That's great!" Spencer yelled over the older woman now singing on stage.

"You're going to be dating an old professor" Hannah said nudging my shoulder giggling and winking.

The bar started filling up a little more. A cute looking guy almost looking like Justin Timberlake with sandy blonde hair and stubble on his face made his way over to our table and introduced himself.

"Hey I'm Dan, do you mind if I take a seat?" he asked before placing his guitar on the floor.

"Sure" Hannah replied with a big grin before the guy sat beside me. "This is Aria, Spencer and I'm Hannah" Hannah said pointing to everyone at the table.

"Are you all here for the open mic night?" he asked.

We all burst out laughing "Hell no!" we all replied giggling.

"Can I buy you all a drink?" he asked jumping up as we all gave him our drink orders.

My phone beeped 'Hey I got the job, where are you let's celebrate? -Ezra' I quickly sent him the address to the bar knowing we could be seen in public. Dan made his way back to the table and placed the drinks down.

"So I placed my name down to perform but I need someone to help me sing" he asked smiling.

"Aria" both Hannah and Spence said pointing at me.

"No way" I shouted loudly with my cheeks going bright red.

"Oh come on...please" he begged.

"What's the song?" I asked curiously being a little bit tipsy.

"Do you know Demons by Imagine Dragons" he asked.

"Yeah of course it's one of my favourites" I replied laughing.

"Come on Aria" my friends chimed in.

"Ok where do I come in?" I asked knowing I was going to stuff this up on Dan.

"If your happy to carry some lines by yourself come in at the second verse and I will prompt your cues" he replied smiling.

"I can't believe I'm doing this, no cameras" I told the girls sternly before sculling my drink and heading towards the stage with Dan.
