Hi guys, me here, so do you like the book so far? Please let me know. Like I said I am planning to make a series of Doctor Who books, so currently the reason I have no sidekick is that I am planning to have two! One will be introduced in this book (bet you can't guess who it is but feel free to try) and I am still planning the second one, if anyone has any ideas that they want to share or a particular character or species I will include them. Now without further ado here is chapter four, hope you enjoy :-)
The Doctor was suspicious, and not just because of Missy. She seemed to be behaving for now, but that never lasted long. No what he was most suspicious about was who was running around murdering seemingly innocent people, and more importantly, why?
The corpse had been cut down and now he was busy examining it. It seemed to be just an ordinary body, minus the fact it was dead. He pulled out his sonic screwdriver and was about to take a DNA reading when the brown haired girl from earlier ran past. Seeing the Doctor she stopped suddenly looking embarrassed. "What's your name?" He asked, the girl looked confused, "Christine sir, Christine Daie,"
"Of course,"
"What... excuse me sir,"
"Call me doctor,"
"Doctor then, what on earth is that?" She pointed to the screwdriver, "it's my sonic screwdriver," he replied,
"What?"
"A magic wand, there happy?" He noticed the wet footprints she had left across the stage floor. "Where have you been?"
"What?"
"You vanished earlier, and now your leaving wet footprints... where did you go." He pointed the screwdriver at her, "where?"
"N...Nowhere... I have to go, we have a big performance tonight, and I have to rehearse... anyway... I didn't go anywhere." And with that she fled. Now he was tripply suspicious, suspicious of Missy, suspicious of the murder and now suspicious of young miss Daie. But at least she had left a breadcrumb trail behind her.
