tyler pov
"then... I don't know" she replied.
"Lauren does care" I assure her.
"yeah, because when I try and tell her things she will ignore. that's why I stopped ages ago" she admits.
"look, I care. josh does to. and brendon. maybe lauren does care. but not enough for you to realise" he says.
"I guess..." I trail off.
"please come to the appointment. just this once. I promise it will help you. and if it doesn't you can yell at me. I just want you to be okay" I say.
"when is it?" she sighs. I smiled.

big mistake. she came out the room crying her eyes out. I asked her what was wrong but she wouldn't tell me.

after we got home, she ran straight to the bathroom. I knew what was going to happen. i followed her up and she slammed the door and locked it. Lauren came over. "what's going on?"
I took the bobby pin out her hair.
"hey!"
"mariyah isnt okay!"
"oh..."

"is that all you have to say!?"
I unlocked the door and saw her crying her eyes out, holding a bottle of pills.
"what are you doing!?" I snatch the bottle from her.
"i can't do it tyler" she cried.
"suicide isn't an option!" I exclaim.
"it is in my book!"
"you need to calm down-" I was cut off with Lauren putting head phones on mariyah.
she showed me what song was playing.
it was truce.

soon her yelling turned into crying in my shoulder. "I'm sorry" she whispers.
"let's get you to bed" I say, carrying her to her room. she was crying to much it was unreal.

after an hour she texted me saying she couldn't sleep. me, Lauren and josh were watching a funny movie. I didn't laugh in any of it. my mind was on my girlfriend. I went to her room and asked her if she wanted to watch a movie. she agreed.

she sat on my lap, leaning against my chest watching the movie with me. she giggled at some parts. I was happy to see her happy.
