☮Charlotte's POV☮
"What?" I said, "You're kidding right?"
"No, I'm not. He really likes you," she said.
"How come? I thought you guys liked each other," I said.
"What no! Why would you think that?" she asked.
"Well, you're always exchanging glances," I explained.
"No, the only reason we do that is me trying to tell him to tell you," she said, "I actually like someone else."
"Who?" I asked.
"Caleb," she said blushing.
"How come you never told me?" I asked.
"I wasn't sure," she said, "but back to the issue in hand, is there something happening between you and Drew?"
"Umm he asked to be his girlfriend," I said blushing.
"Aww, I'm happy for you but what will happen to Lucas?" she asked.
"I don't know. I think I need to have a talk with him," I said.
"I'm sorry I haven't told you sooner," she said.
"It's alright," I assured, "I'm just really worried about Lucas."
"I know," she said, "Well, I need to get going. You can tell me all the details about you and Drew later. And lemme know what happens between you and Lucas."
"Course. See you," I said and hugged her before she left.
I looked to the clock by my bedside and it was midnight. I decided to change and go to sleep as everything was too much to absorb right now and I was no longer in the partying mood.
I got out of my dress and wiped away the makeup. I changed into a pair of pajama pants and a tank top. I went and brushed my teeth then walked over to my bed and got under the covers when there was a knock at my door.
"Come in," I called out.
"Hey," I heard Drew say as he entered.
"Hey," I said a smile immediately coming on my face.
"Are you ok?" he asked.
"Yeah, I'm alright," I replied.
"You sure?" he asked.
"Yeah. Don't worry I'm ok," I said.
"Well that's good then," he said, "Going to sleep?"
"Kind of, why?" I asked.
"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to watch a movie together," he said shyly.
"Is Drew Kingsley being shy?" I teased.
"No," he argued.
"Well, I would love to watch a movie. Wanna watch it here?" I asked.
"Sure," he said, "I'll go make the popcorn and you pick a movie."
"Okie dokie!" I said and got up and got my laptop and opened it on The Host and connected it to my TV.
A few minutes later Drew was back.
