~Sharna's POV~
This week it was Team Dance's. Something Sharna really loved, but it was also really hard. Not only did it meant the start of double dances each week, but also rehearsing and dancing with a group. It was a lot more distractions and a lot more people to take into consideration while making a choreography.
The four girls worked on the most part of the choreography, while they let the boys get to know each other. Within 30 minutes of their first rehearsal the boys had already created some part of the choreography. They had gotten along really well and all of them were teaching each other different steps.
Sharna looked at her friends and saw they all thought the same thing: We are going to use that.
The guys having fun with each other was going to be the focus point of their dance. They knew they didn't have the best dancers in the group, especially compared to the female celebrities. But they did have the will to dance, and the smart choreography from the girls.
At the end of the first rehearsal on Tuesday, they were all fairly pleased with the results.
Afterwards Sharna and Bonner had their rehearsal for their Rumba.
Sharna had not been pleased to hear she was dancing the Rumba. They had finally seemed to settle the dating rumors and this was something to stirr them again. But what made her really nervous about this week was the fact that she was dancing to a Backstreet Boys song and that Nick was going to be a guest judge. She really didn't want to disappoint him, but she knew she would have to work really hard with Bonner to make that happen.
Thankfully he was willing to work hard this week and Sharna noticed he wasn't too bad at the Rumba. Also the team dance seemed to make him feel a little better and more cheerful.
After their first day of rehearsal Sharna went to her apartment. She was sitting on the couch with her dogs on her lap, scrolling through her social media page. She saw a couple of rumors she was tagged in and decided to read them.
After reading them all, she put her head down on the couch. This was exactly what she was afraid for. The rumors of her dating Bonner sparked again, and this was even before they knew she was dancing the Rumba. Also there were lots of rumors that she had been on a date with Pierson, while in fact she hadn't seen him quite some time now.
Sharna really didn't know what to do. Part of her wanted to tell the world she wasn't dating either of them and that she was dating Val. But another voice in her head said that she wasn't ready yet to tell the world. Val and her been together for three months now and everything was going well, but Sharna just didn't want to get hurt. And should that happen she wouldn't want the public eye to know.
Last time they dated they had dated for a little over four months, before Val broke it off. And she wanted to get past that date first, before she would tell the public. She didn't want to admit it, but she felt a little scared Val might dump her again. She felt as though that passing this certain date, was a victory in their relationship.
The following day Val and Sharna met again at the studio. Ever since Val had returned from his tour with Fifth Harmony, they had slept almost every day together. But last night Val had several meetings with Maks, so they decided it would be best to sleep apart. Sharna did miss him around, especially when she had to get to sleep. It was always a little easier with Val around.
They walked inside the studio, and when inside Sharna kissed Val on his lips.
"Good morning," he said. "Sleep well?"
"Yes, eventually. But do you have time to talk about something?"
"Yes, I have rehearsals in an hour. Why, what is going on?"
