Amelia started crying. She brought out a tissue and dried her eyes. 'Where had Morgana gotten to?' she continuously wondered. They looked stupid, running around Stark Tower at seven in the morning. They were officially the last to leave.
"I'm sure she's still in the building," Pepper Potts said to try and ease Amelia, but it didn't help.
"Let's check security," Steven said, putting a brave front on.
"Great idea. Let's go." They passed a heavily drunken man half on a sofa and half off. There was no use in waking Tony up. He would probably crack a joke at this serious time. Pepper led the family through the floor and to the floor security. She keyed in different passwords until all the monitors flashed up with recordings the previous night. It was around 1:10 in the morning when the cameras started playing.
"There! There she is," Amelia said, sighing with relief. She pointed on the screen to the image of her daughter. Her husband put his arms around her.
"Let's fast forward it a bit," Pepper said. "We'll be able to find her quicker." The family agreed. Two minutes later, the family and Pepper witnessed a man coming to Morgana's table. "Do you know him?"
"I've never met him in my life," Steven said. "I don't forget faces." Amelia went into a fit of tears. They saw Morgana get up and go with the man.
"Why is she so stupid! Did he take her?" Morgana's image went off that screen and onto others. The family and Pepper watched on in complete silence as they saw Morgana follow the man. Then she stopped.
"Good. She realised she shouldn't be with strangers." But that wasn't all that was to happen. Her parents saw her being intimidated by the man and being taken by him. Amelia was on the floor in tears as her husband started to well up. Pepper was motionless as she watched the scenario play out.
"She's on that screen now," Pepper said in a monotone. They watched as Morgana was being carried down the hallway, when all of a sudden the man stopped.
"He's gonna let her go," Amelia said, hope filling her eyes. But that hope was soon crushed. They all watched as Morgana was hit against the wall and dropped to the ground harshly. Amelia could not stop crying.
"Oh my goodness," Pepper kept saying, over and over. How had she let this happen? Shouldn't Jarvis have alerted her or even Tony?
"What's he doing now?" Amelia asked. She couldn't bare to watch any more. Pepper and Steven jumped as Morgana was hit by the man. Then he swung her over his shoulders and continued down the hallway in silence. He walked straight out of the front door and into a car without a registration number before it drove off.
Steven started to shake, realising that his daughter - his only daughter - had been kidnapped.
"Do they want money or something? A ransom?"
"Mr Stocking, I don't know who this man is."
"But you let him into the party, didn't you." Steven pinned Pepper up against a wall. "This is all your fault. And not even Tony with his million dollar suit could stop this from happening." Steven released Pepper from his grip and she slid down to the floor, tears pricking her eyes.
"I knew we never should have come," Amelia kept saying. "Never have come." She rocked herself back and forth. "Never should have come."

"Let me out of here!" Morgana cried. She pounded the metal door, but nobody opened it. She was weak, and couldn't make it budge even if she tried. She fell to the floor, tears falling down her mascara-stained face. "Do you want money? We have lots of money." No answer. "Just tell me why I'm here." The room was silent. She started pounding the door again until her knuckles started bleeding. She sat down with her back against the door, defeated. She cried in silence.
"You want to know why you're here?" a voice spoke.
Morgana's spirits lifted. "Yes," she said, her voice sounding small and innocent compared to the one she could hear.
"We need a test subject." Morgana's spirits dipped lower than she thought they could. She started pounding the door again, yelling and screaming for anyone to hear her. "The door is locked and the room is sound proof Morgana. No one will be able to hear you." This made Morgana scream all the more. Her heart was racing, trying to think of a logical way out of this horrid situation. "If you don't stop hitting that door then we're going to punish you Morgana."
"As if this isn't punishment enough!" she yelled back. She didn't believe them. How could they hurt her if they weren't in the room with her.
Suddenly, she felt her whole body tingle with an electric shock. The pain was overwhelming. Her body contorted, trying to rid herself of the pain but to no avail. She contorted. Yelled. Cried. Screamed. Twisted. Turned. Roared.
And then it was all over. It was only a minute, but it felt like a lifetime to Morgana. Her vision was blurred and everything around her was just in colour, no shapes. She struggled to find her voice, to find her feet. To her left, she heard something open but wasn't sure what it was. She could feel arms grip her arms and pin them behind her in a uncomfortable position.
"Welcome to Hydra, Morgana," said the voice, sounding as if it came from in front of her this time.
