"Hey...That's my mum's car..." I tell Hinata
"Oh..Okay! See ya Kageyama!" He replies, as I stand up.
"Wait, you think I'm just gonna leave you here? In this weather!?"
For a matter of fact, The weather has gotten even worse, The rain is Freezing cold and coming down bucket after bucket, and the wind could literally push someone over.
"Well...Yeah?"
"Why don't you come home with me? My mum would totally be okay with it. And it beats being stranded out here in the cold"
Am i really offering him this? I thought we're meant to hate eachother!
"A-are you sure?" He asks me, Standing up and picking up his bag, "What about my bike?"
"Forget the bike, it'll be fine, Just come, I don't want you to be stranded or whatever bullshit like that, because then you might me sick, and Fuck that"
"Uh.....Are you sure it'll be okay with y-"
"Forget it, You're coming" I tell him.
"Now we just need to make a run for it"
We both look out into the wild weather.
Without thinking we both run out as fast as we can to My mother's car.
I quickly open the door to the backseat. And make hinata get into the car first, Following him immediately and shutting door, Both of us soaking wet.
"Mom, This is my friend Hinata, And he's c-"
"That's totally fine! Very pleased to finally meet you Hinata, Kageyama literally won't shut up about you-"
My mother is literally the complete opisite to me, Besides the Shoulder-length black hair and dark blue eyes we have nothing else in common, she is cheerful and happy 24/7, she literally acts like nothing bad has ever happened to her and it really annoys me.
And of course she has to out me about my behaviors of talking about Hinata every cahnce I get.
"You boys must be freezing! Kageyama you should've called me! You have a phone for a reason!"
"Sorry mom..."
And with that, I've managed to make myself look like an absolute phycopath in front of my crush...

Once we got home, I took Hinata up to my room, Which was relatively small, It had a King-Single bed, A desk, A nice sized wardrobe, and a celling fan + Window.
"Now you boys get changed! You'll get colds!"
I agree and go through my wardrobe, searching for something for Hinata to wear, And we have almost 6" difference, So I'm trying to find the smallest clothes i own, Which are probably from Middle school...
I eventually hand him a pair of boxers, a Black shirt, A grey Hoodie, A pair of black sweat pants and a pair of shorts.
I grab myself something similar, which is a blue shirt, a black sweatshirt, and a pair of black sweats, which i get changed into in my room.
Hinata comes back in, and even the smallest clothes i own are still way too big on Hinata...But i will admit, he does look extremely cute in them.
My mom then proceeds to interrupt us to tell us that dinner is ready.
Once we leave the bedroom and enter the kichen, I find she's made us Eggs and rice, With a variety of sauces.
Not only that, but she is now bombarding Hinata with questions, I feel so awkward, but Hinata doesn't seem to mind at all.
Typical.
My eyes wonder to the window, And it's dark now, You can here all the racket that tne storm is making outside...
"Oh! I need to call Aunt Jauri and tell her where i am.... Please excuse me!"
Hinata jumps up and goes into the living room, to call his aunt...After finishing my meal i walk into the living room, where he is, where he only just hung up.
"......She said that there was no point in me coming home this late so i most aswell stay the night...Is that all right!?" He jumps, looking at me, while putting his phone back into his pocket.
"absoLUTLEY-" My mother screams from around the corner, In what could only be expressed at extreme excitement.
Ugh, how did i end up with someone like her for a mom....
"Thank you! It means alot to me!" He politely gives back to my mother.
"C'mon Hinata, let's go back up to my room..."
9:53pm
There was just a huge crack of lightning, along with a monstrosity of Thunder that scared the living fuck out of us.

To be honest, i never would've presumed I'd be playing Chess on my bedroom floor with Hinata in the middle of a Thunderstorm....
"I'm suprised we haven't lost power yet" I say, commenting at the continuous waves of thunder coming at us.
"You've probably jinxed us now Kageyama-Kun" Hinata oppresses.
Hinata sighs, and stares outside, Which is just total darkness right now.
"Do you think we'll be able to catch the bus tomorrow? Hinata asks, As we listen to the hellish sounds of the rain.
"I hope so, I wonder how the others are going? Do you reckon they got there safe"
"I hope so"
I sigh, "All of this hope and nothing guanteed..."
Hinata looks up at me, as another crack of lightning hits.
"You know Kageyama-Kun, I've never seen you talk to me like this before...Or to anyone..Or just act like this... It's strange"
"Don't be Stupid.. D-Dumbass...I'm only doing because it's what f-friends do Right?" I stutter, i blush overtaking my face, Causing me to look away, and In this case, out the window.
"Oooooooh we're friends are we?"
"Y-yeah..? Dumbass..."
"Friends don't call eachother Dumbasses!"
"Well, I do"
