Chapter 25- "Thank You"

Lilly's POV

I woke up the next morning to Ross getting up.
"Stay," I groaned pulling him back.
He laughed silently.
"I'll be back in a minute. I gotta use the bathroom," he said kissing my hand and leaving upstairs.
I turned on my other side and leaned my head onto Rocky's shoulder.
I fell asleep very fast.
I woke up faintly to feel Rocky shifting me over to Ross.
"Thank you," I heard Ross whisper.
I cuddled up against Ross and he stroked my hair and repeatedly kissed my head.
I dosed back off.

Ross's POV

Awe she's so cute.
I can't wait to go on vacation with her in three days.
I'm going to tell her tonight over a candlelit dinner on the beach. She's going to be so happy. I love seeing her happy.
I started to feel Lilly turn in my arms so I hugged her tighter.
"Morning love," I said.
"Ross shhh others are sleeping," she whispered.
"Um babe, it's noon. They're all upstairs," I said laughing.
"Oh. You could've woken me up," she mumbled.
"Babe you need your sleep," I said.
"Not when we're at someone's house," she stated.
"It's fine babe. My mom would rather have you sleep in so you're as comfortable as possible. Okay?" I said.
She nodded.
I pulled her on top of my chest.
"You're so comfortable to sleep on..and with," she said and I felt her smirk.
"Very clever Ms. Shay very clever," I said smiling.
"We should do that again sometime soon," she hinted.
"Maybe we will," I said.
Very soon, on vacation, I thought in my head.
"Do you wanna go upstairs and get some food?" I asked.
"Sure. I also need to go work out," she said.
"Cuz you missed a day or something?" I said chuckling.
"Yes Ross. I try to keep my fitness on 110%,24/7, 365 days a year. Took me awhile to get looking like this. You wouldn't have wanted to be with me a couple years ago," she said.
"I highly doubt that. I'll just ask Jake. I would've loved you even if you weren't super fit. I love you for you," I said kissing her head, "You are the most genuine person I have ever met and I don't ever wanna lose you," I said.
We kissed and my hands rested on her hips.
We pulled away and Lilly laid her head on my chest.
"Ewwww PDA!" Rocky yelled.
"Oh shut up Roc," Lilly mumbled.
"Oh someone is pissy," Rocky mumbled under his breath.
Then Lilly stood up and jumped onto Rocky knocking him down.
"You little-" Rocky yelled laughing.
"That's me!" She yelled.
Lilly pinned Rocky down first.
"Damn you strong," Rocky said.
Then he flipped Lilly over so he was pinning her down.
"But I'm stronger...well maybe not stronger but I'm taller and weigh more," Rocky said laughing.
"Yeah, yeah you win," Lilly sighed.
"So you gonna get off my girlfriend or..." I said.
"Nah. I'm just gonna lay on top of her all day," Rocky said sarcastically.
He got up off of Lilly and helped her up.
"Well played Shay, well played," he said patting her shoulder.
"You too Lynch," she said punching his arm lightly.
"Mom wants you guys up for lunch," Rocky said.
"Okay," Lilly and I said.
"Be up in a sec," I told Rocky.
Rocky nodded and walked upstairs.
"What's up?" Lilly asked.
"What the hell was the show you put on with Rocky?" I asked furious.
"What show? We were messing around," she said.
"Lilly, he's my brother. I don't need him taking you away from me," I said.
"Ross Shor, that couldn't happen. Rocky's my friend. You're my one and only okay? I love you so much. Okay?" she said.
I nodded.
"Now let's go get food," she said smiling.
Gosh her smile. I can't resist. Her smile is contagious.
I smiled.
We walked upstairs hand in hand.
"Morning Stormie," She said smiling and hugging her.
"Aw, good morning lovely," Mom replied.
Lilly and I sat down at the table and ate sandwiches for lunch.
"So what are your plans today love?" I asked Lilly.
"Well I'm gonna go work out, I think I'll ask Rocky cuz he's my workout buddy then maybe later you and I could go out for a dinner you said you wanted to do," she said.
"Sounds like a plan!" I said smiling.
We finished lunch then walked outside where the others were sitting at a table by the pool.
