~Jesselin~

Six months later

I was straddling Matt on the couch, a wedding magazine open in my hands. He had his own magazine in his hands and we were both staring at the print in front of us like it was written in Japanese.

"I give up," I sighed, tossing my magazine on the coffee table behind me, wrapping my arms around Matt's neck and tangling my fingers in his hair, pressing my mouth against his. He kissed back for a moment before turning his head to break the kiss. "We have to focus."

"Why?"I muttered against his neck, "We can do it later." I kissed and bit his neck softly and I heard him let out a soft moan.

"We've been delaying this for six months. If you want to do this this summer after we graduate, we have to start planning now. The only thing we've picked is a dress for you and a tux for me," he reminded me.

Six months ago I went with Marie and, after plenty of arguments, we settled on a black wedding dress. She grumbled about it at first but finally decided it was my day so it should be my choice. Matt went that same day with Kian and Evan to get his tuxedo. I decided to wear a white dress to the reception to switch it up a little bit and got that dress the same day. Now I get both dresses fitted every two months to make sure they fit perfectly. Luckily for me, Ashlyn sews, so I didn't have to go and get the dress professionally fitted and saved a ton of money.

We decided we wanted a fairly small wedding until Matt's mum decided to invite everyone she could. We didn't really mind because it would be a bigger party, but also a bigger expense. Lynne said she'd pay for the hall but we felt like we needed to help out at least a little. Lynne, Laura and Marie had basically done everything from food to decorations, now Matt and I just had to pick out some last few decorations for the ceremony itself.

"Come on, focus," he said but I ignored him and kept kissing his neck, running my hands through his hair.

"Jess," he whined. I sighed and pulled away. "Sometimes I wonder if you're gay, you know that?"

"Gay for you," he teased. I rolled my eyes at him before picking up the magazine again. My mind started drifting again and I couldn't focus.

"This is so hard," I whined. Matt laughed and set his magazine down, placing his hands on my hips and rubbing the exposed skin with his thumbs.

"Fine. My mum can finish that. But I told her we were picking the music," he said and I grinned.

"Can our first dance, even though I can't dance, be to Somewhere In Neverland? Or James Dean and Aubrey Hepburn?" I begged. He chuckled and said, "Whatever makes you happy, babe. But we need more music than that. We need a whole playlist." So we spent the next two hours scrolling through the music on our phones and discussing which ones we both liked before writing them down so Marie could give them to the DJ who would be playing at the reception.

"Hey!" Marie said, walking in the front door, Evan holding her hand.

"In here!" I told her, not even looking up from my phone. I was going over the songs we picked, making sure we had enough songs for the four hours the reception was going to last and that we had some normal pop radio songs on there as well.

"Did you do what I asked?" Marie questioned, walking into the living room with Evan.

"What did you ask me to do?" I replied, still scrolling through my phone to find more music.

"Pick bridesmaids, your maid of honour and the colour for your bridesmaids and maids of honour to wear," she sighed.

"Right um, how many of those do I need?" I asked, adding Helter Skelter to the list.
