Me and little Kimi started to walk back from the market back to the drunks house. About halfway there her movement became sluggish, as if weights were pulling on her muscles making her sloppy movements weighed down. I took notice of this right away, and I stopped in the middle of a grassy path. She looked up at me with curious eyes, "Why have we stopped?" I raised an eyebrow, why would she hide the fact that her legs hurt? "Your movements are sluggish. Do your legs hurt?" I said as a matter of fact. She gave me a hasty smile, "Oh no I'm fine, really." She tried to give me a sincere smile but the pain was evident in her eyes. Sorry Kimi, i'm not buying this bullshit. So I bent down and scooped her up bridal style. "Eh? What are you doing Silver? I'm fine." I brushed off that last comment then walked off towards the house. Though it made my stomach turn a bit to feel how light she was. At first she resisted a bit saying things like "Please put me down" Or "I can walk on my own, I'm fine." But soon she just sat there and enjoyed the ride, and after about five minutes she was fast asleep in my arms. The soft melody of my feet crunching on twigs and grass must've been soothing. Another five minutes later we arrived at the house, and I walked right in and straight to the perverts room to see if he was awake. Before I entered though, I saw Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura leave without even noticing me. I raced a brow at that, I guess my hiding at the Academy really does pay off sometimes. I peered in to see the pervert sitting up on his futon. He glanced at me standing in the doorway, then did a double take. "Silver!? When did you get back? Naruto and Sasuke said that you went out for a while. And why do you have a kid?" Great I knew this was coming but, I really didn't want to answer it so soon. "I got back a minute ago, I did go out to get something to eat at the village, and I found Kimi looking for food so I got her a crab apple. And I took her with me because she does not deserve the life on the streets with no parents. She would not survive much longer if I didn't take her in." He nodded, in a bit of a daze with my answers, though the real question he wanted to ask was much more difficult to answer. I decided to sit down next to his futon and placed little Kimi on my lap. I can't avoid it, so confront it. She only shifted a bit before relaxing on my lap, using my thigh as a pillow. I looked at her small figure, I frowned I really do need to get her more to eat. I look back up to Kakashi to see him intensely watching me. Tch, pervert. "So there's something I've been meaning to ask you silver, and I think you know what It is." I nodded giving him a bit of a sharp look, returning that gesture with his one eye. "Are you a cannibal? The others think you spat it out, I know better. You ate him, why?" I narrowed my eyes, "I don't know why." "What do you mean you don't know why?" He said very serious, as if I were a puzzle and he was trying to piece me together. Looking at my expression with calculating eyes, that did not settle well with me. I hated being looked down on, like some sort of experiment. "Again, I don't know why. I just acted, like it was an instinct." He hummed deeply in thought then spoke, "Did you ever eat anyone when you were younger?"

I looked at her, studying her expression. Her eyes glazed over in thought, expressionless and cold. "No I don't think so." She trailed off for a second, hesitation. Her eyes flashed for a second as if recalling a memory, I don't think this was the first time. Narrowing my eyes I spoke again, "Silver," I caught her attention. "How much meat do you eat in a day?" She raised an eyebrow, questioning. "Why do you need to know that?" I cut her off, "Just answer the question." She sneered a bit, "I don't find it necessary to answer that question." I was started to get annoyed, "Silver answer the question." I said sternly. Her lip twitched, "No." was she trying not to smile? No, she is not happy. Her eyes look like a bulls, angry at the red flag, and I'm that flag. "Silver tell me." Right away again she flat out refused the question. "No." I stared into the grey and black eyes swirling with determination, desperately trying to cover the little fear they held. Why was she scared? Why dose this simple question cause fear? Then it clicked. I cast a shadow over my eyes, she was scared of the truth. "Alright you don't need to answer." I felt her relax a bit, "But." She tenses up again, "I don't need an answer, I know it already." Clenching her gloved hands, she let out a very controlled sigh. "We're going to go train and you will join us." "Why should I?" She snapped. "You've skipped out every training practice back a Khona, today will be a nice change." I said while giving a closed eye smile, trying to tone down the mood. It didn't work, she sneered and got up with Kimi bridal style. "No way, I'm going to go train alone."
