The Battle Inside

Chapter 5

Kirstie POV

Alright, that's it. I'm going to tell Avi about my feelings for him, and see how it turns out. I can already imagine several possible outcomes. Most of them involve him turning me down. I feel some movement on my shoulder and I glance down. My heart skips a beat as I notice Avi leaning on my right shoulder, sound asleep. As much as I didn't want to, I had to wake him up.

I started skaking him. "Bab-Avi?" Man, was that close. "Avi, wake up now. The plane is landing soon." Wasn't working. I rolled my eyes and shook him harder. "Avi, they're serving bacon." His eyes flew straight open. 

"What? Where?!"

I giggled and whacked him lighlty on the chest. He grabbed where I hit him and pretended that it hurted like hell.

"Owie!!! Why did you hit me? I'm telling on you!" He 'cried'.

"Oh, you little baby."

He smirked and sank back in his seat.

Avi POV

"-rving bacon." At hearing this glorious word, I opened my eyes as fast as I could.

"What? Where" I asked, sitting up and looking around for it.

Kirstie giggled at me and whacked my chest. I grabbed it and acted like a five year old.

"Owie!!! Why did you hit me? I'm telling on you!" I whined.

"Oh, you little baby." She rolled her eyes at me.

I grinned at her and leaned back in my seat. I looked at her in the corner of my eye and caught her staring at me. She didn't notice me until a few seconds later. Kirstie's whole face turned a light shade of pink and turned the other way smiling ever so slightly.

Kirstie POV

He caught me. I blushed and faced the other direction. He probably knows now and hates me. God, I'm stupid. I don't know if I should still tell him later on tonight. Should I? I didn't realize that I was talking out loud until Avi asked me, "Uhh, you okay Kirst? You were saying 'Should I?' over and over again."

Damn it. "Yeah, just thinking."

He just nodded, knowing that I didn't want to talk right now.

*TIME SKIP BECAUSE I'M TO LAZY TO WRITE ANYTHING ELSE THAT OCCURS ON THE PLANE*

Avi and I grabbed our bags from above us and slowly made our way off the plane. We reunited with the others and got ready to get back on tour. I can't wait to see how my later conversation with Avi turns out.

A/N  Yet another chapter for the fabulous people who read this! Sorry it's quite short, I'm exhausted right now and can't think straight. I might be able to update again later this week, I'll just see how much homework I get for this week. Hope you guys enjoyed!
