Me and rose walk to our lockers which are right next to each other.
"So when should we start our list?" Rose whispers to me
A part of me wants to say maybe later on in the school year so I can focus on our studies, rose sometimes doesn't understand the pressure I feel being in such a perfect family but at the same time is I do want to enjoy my senior year and especially since all through high school I've done nothing but study and be serious.
"Okay why don't we just get through the first day and then after school we can head to the diner and go over our list?" I say hoping that's okay
"Okay I can do that" she nods "and hey don't stress today it's our first day back" she tells me in a serious tone
"I'll try" I say and grab a book out of my locker
"Okay I'll see you in class" she says and goes towards her class room
"Hello hello" Sara says walking up to me
"Hello" I repeat
"So tell me how was your summer?" She asks me
"Good I mean a bit boring but at least I had rose" I shrug " how was Paris? You meet any hot French boys?" I laugh
"Tons" she flips her hair and laughs "but the language barrier was kind of a mood killer"
"You should of said draw me like one of your French girls" I joke in a fake French accent
I look at her and notice she's red "you did not say that to a guy" I laugh
"Okay I did but luckily he had never seen the movie" she laughs
I stop as we walk by the bulliten board
"You see something you like?" She asks me
"I'm thinking of maybe getting a job or maybe joining a after school activity" I tell her
"Wow your mom going to be impressed" she says
"Yeah and it will look good on my college application" I tell her and it's on my checklist
"Okay well like Rose said its tomorrow problem today lets just get through the first day" she says and starts walking
"She is wise" I joke
"Don't ever tell her that it will go to her head" she laughs
