As we get out of the car I look over and see my brother standing with the jocks and cheerleaders and they all stare at Holden as if he is there leader, and right next to him is Jason who sort of knows I exist i mean he has been to my house a couple of times and knows I'm Holden's twin sister.
"There they are" Natalie says snapping me out of my day dream, I see our friends Sara and Amy by the corner of the school stairs.
"Ladies" I great them
"Hi" Natalie waves at them
"Rose! Natalie!" Sara squeals and hugs me and Natalie in a group hug
"You know you missed me" I say to Amy
"Just a little" she jokes and gives me a hug
"Where's Ben?" Natalie asks them
"He should be here soon" Amy says looking around
All of a sudden I feel a set of arms on my waist and I'm lifted up in the air which makes me squeal
"Put me down Ben" I laugh because I already know it's him
"Okay only because you squealed so loud that everyone is staring" he laughs back and sets me down
I turn around and smile at him and give him a huge hug, me and him have been friends since 1st grade, I think this summer has been the longest I've been away from him since we've met.
"Um where's my hug?" Natalie jokes
"Get over here" he says and hugs her
"You guys are never allowed to leave us again" I tell them
"Hey I was visiting family so I was surrounded by old people and annoying little kids" Amy says
"Hey I called both of you almost every night" Ben nudges my shoulder
"We just missed you guys" Natalie says to them
"Okay well spring break we will all do something together" Sara says
"Sounds good to Me" I smile
"Can you believe this is it our senior year" Sara says to us
"Don't go all sappy" Ben playfully rolls his eyes
"I honestly can't wait to get out of here" Amy says
"Come on you know you will miss all this" Natalie smirks
"O yeah I'll totally miss gym and mr. Garner" Amy says back
"Well this year is going to be kick ass" I predict
"Where's rose?" Ben asks me raising an eyebrow
"This is the new and improved rose" I smirk
"She's been hanging out with me too much she's starting to look on the bright side of things" Natalie laughs
"O no" Amy gasps
"Shut up" I stick my tongue out at her
"Okay we should go in we don't want to be late" Natalie says looking at the time
I laugh and loop my arm around her arm "let's go"
