The train blew out large clouds of steam as it slowly stopped with a jerk. There was a knock at the cabins door. I peaked out past the curtain. It was Shi and Phi. I introduced them to Lillian and the twins.

"Nice to meet you," Lillian said to them.

"They are expecting us soon,"Shi said.

"Do you know if the other Shamen Priest have captured Count Vondrake?"

"We don't know yet," Phi asnwered.

"I don't want Lillian and the twins to change yet, because Count Vondrake is evil and may kill them when they're human," I said.

"We understand Josh Gordon," Shi replied.

We packed up and followed the Shamen Priest to the monastery,  which was at the edge of town. Even at night the monastery was beautiful by torchlight with all the intricate stone work.

The closer we approached, the more I could tell that the monastery had been carved into the side of the mountain. Two Shamen Priest stood sentry to it's entrance. Shi and Phi talked to them in their native language.

Shi turned to me and said, "they have not captured Count Vondrake yet. You may spend the night here."

"Thank you Shi," Lillian said.

We followed him as he brought us in front of the Shamen Master. He sat on a small wooden stool, and was smaller than I imagined. It was his face that appeared on Lillians face.

"Come forward," he commanded.

"Master this is Josh Gordon and his companions," Phi announced.

"A vampire killer who has brought three vampires to repent and change. This is indeed unusual," the master said.

"It is true because I love them," I said.

"That is good let's prepare them for the cup," the master said.

Shi stepped forward and whispered to the master the wishes of Lillian then he stepped back. The master stood up.

"Well we will have to find this Count Vondrake and stop him from creating any more Vampires," the master said.

"Can we help?" I asked.

The master smiled.
