Chapter 3

Zayn's POV

I grabbed Liam's cell outta his hands and read the text. It said:

Received: 1:54 PM From: Mikey

Hey Liam I'm really sorry but...I'm at the dance studio where Dani works and well i think the picture explains everything. I'm really sorry, i know you really loved her.

I tapped the screen over the link to the picture and it began to load. When it finish I saw Danielle, Liam's girl, with....oh my god....with another boy. In the picture they're kissing and Danielle looks like shes having a really good time...the other guy has his arms around her waste and her arms are around his neck...just...kissing....as if its a normal thing to do. I looked up at Liam and him breaking. Danielle was his world. They had been dating for over a year now. He talked about her as if she was a god or something. But apparently she didn't feel the same way. "Liam, I-" I started but he cut me off. "I gotta go, see you guys later." and then he pushed me off his lap and got up to leave. I could tell he trying hold back tears. He walked to the door and went outside, and we all heard his car start. Then he drove away and was gone. The others gave me questioning looks. I just sat there shaking my head. "What did the text say Zayn?" questioned Niall. "Niall, Danielle...she.." I didn't really know how to put it into words. I never in my wildest dreams (and I've some wild dreams) thought that Danielle, OUR Danielle would....cheat on Liam. Liam, who always protected her, told her she was beautiful, bought her things, and made her feel like she was the one and only girl for him, and really she was. Liam LOVED Danielle. He really did. "Danielle what Zayn?" persisted Niall. I could tell Niall was really worried about Liam. I looked into his bright blue eyes and said "Danielle.....cheated on Liam." Niall's eyes got three times bigger. "Are you serious!? I have to go talk to him I-" "Niall" Harry cut him off. "No I'm going to Liam's." said Niall with a glare. He then stood up and made his way to the front door. Harry got up and grabbed Niall's shoulder. "Niall, Liam-" "NO HARRY I'M GOING TO LIAM'S FLAT!" Niall yelled at Harry. "NIALL LISTEN TO ME" Harry yelled back "Niall, Liam needs some time alone first ok?" Niall just looked at Harry. "He's right you know." said Louis. Then the unthinkable happened. Niall started to cry. He pressed his face into Harry's chest and sobbed and Harry pulled Niall close to him hugged him. "We know you care about him Niall" Harry cooed to Niall " But he needs a little time alone before you go over there ok?" Harry guided Niall over to the couch and sat him down next to me. I rubbed Niall's back and shushed him and told him it was ok. Louis and Harry gave me confused looks. I just shrugged and acted like I didn't know anything. But really I know what's wrong. Even though Niall is like in love with Liam, it breaks his heart to see Liam upset like this. All he wants to do is go comfort his bestfriend and we won't let him.

Louis' POV

Whoa...that was unexpected. Danielle cheated. I never thought that would happen...I really thought they were gonna get married or something. And then Niall...just like broke down. "Harry, can you come here?" I said to Harry, who had been sitting with Zayn trying to comfort Niall. "Sure" He said as he made his way over to me. "What Lou?" He whispered when he got closer to me. "Any ideas?" I whispered back. "What do you mean?" "About...Niall" "Oh...no I have no idea...he just...cracked...I'm worried Lou." said Harry. "Why?" I questioned the curly child. "Because I've never seen Niall like this, except for when he's really homesick. And I know Liam's the most sensible in the group...but I'm worried he might do something stupid." said Harry. I could see that he really was worried about Liam and Niall. "I know Haz, but I dont know what we can do. Liam's probably beside himself back at his flat. He really loved Danielle. And Niall" I looked over at the Irish boy sobbing in Zayn's arms. My heart ached for him. "....well we don't even know what caused him to be like this." "I know" said Harry "I just wish there was something we could do to help..."
