I wake up and there's a note by my phone 'as soon as you wake up get change and come down to pool bar - dad x' I do as I'm told get dressed and grab rex then we go to the pool bar, I take rex to the lower part and tie the lead to a chair. then I go back to the top part and stand by dad, lez and janey who looks annoyed.
"what's going on?" I asked
"janey getting a help in hand" lez said
"a joint manager?" I asked
"yeah and she is acting like she owns the place" janey said
"who is she?"
"joyce temple savage, that's her walking towards us" dad pointed
"she looks like a right snob" I said, then she came behind the bar and went to the lower part and got a drink.
"and who's this little fella?" she asked
"that's ramona's dog rex" lez said then she came up to me
"oh so you're the ramona"
"yeah" I smiled, she seems alright until she gets a microphone and a cd player from unded the counter and plugs it in and makes an announcement then starts to play classical music.
" what you think you're doing?" janey asked
"classical music keeps the customers relaxed"
"not everyone likes classical music" I said
"and what do you like?"
"punk, death core, screamo, rock, metal-"
"all the rubbish then, why aren't you a the normal teenager?"
"normal teenager?"
"you know skirts and dessers and modern music like justin bieber or jls"
I start laughing "that isn't music, the older classics are better"
"like who?"
"the beatles, michael Jackson, the who. you know all the 60s-80s era"
she gave me such a dirty look "classical music is older and better" she then makes an announcement, 30 minutes later she have made well over 50 announcements and madge I think her name is came over to complain along with other people.
"I've tried but the dosey woman won't listen" janey said then it's a small argument and joyce makes an announcement and then madge throws the mic in the pool. there's smoke everywhere and once it's cleared there's the stewards sat on rubber rings acting like nothing has happened, joyce and janey rushes towards the pool and I burst out laughing.
"mona stop it" dad said whilst trying not to laugh himself.
