I was helping dad and lez stock the bar whilst liam was fixing the water fountain in the pool,
"wonder how he would react to the ladder getting moved" I giggled and dad starts to laugh a little and then lez went to serve Kenneth and I was just stood there watching liam looking into the fountain close up and the next thing the water blasts up and he falls into the pool. I burst out laughing and I turn and seen dad laughing by the tap for the fountain, lez rushed over to help liam.
"turn it off quick" I said and dad only goes and breaks it, we legged it from the bar and ran into the indoor bar and I couldn't stop laughing. we started going through the stock and joyce walks in.
"you two have some explaining to do" she said sternly
"what do you mean?" we asked
"the fountain in the pool"
"what about it? we already know it's not working and liam is fixing it" dad said
"well the tap is broke and liam ended up getting blasted into the pool and after lez helped him out tou two wasn't at the bar"
I burst out laughing and joyce shoots me the death glare "I can't believe I missed watching liam getting blasted into the pool, I always miss the good stuff" I turned to dad "this is your fault for making me help you in here"
"so you two wasn't at the pool bar?"
"I was but dad came and got me about 20/25 minutes ago to help him in here" I lied
"oh, then how did the tap break?"
"don't know, probably a ghostly spirit" dad smiled and joyce just walkes out and me and dad started to quietly laugh.
