Chapter 3 abandoned

Zane sits at a table eating a bowl of chicken noodle soup while Gregor explains a few things. "First things first. Once you get to Shyvo town you're gonna need to find people you can trust to always have your back."

With a nod Zane replies. "The Vampires against Carden clan have my back."

Signing no the man explains. "You need friends you know you can trust to always stand by you to very end. I knew your father very well. But i never suspected he would be the leader of the Shadowbreaker gang. With him gone there's no telling what that gang will do with the power of that vampire stone."

The teen nods and replies. "Then i'll shift objectives and go after the vampiric stone. I already have an understanding of my new found strength, and i'm starting to pick up on the new speed."

Chuckling Gregor replies. "I noticed that when we were walkin."

He sets a laptop on the table and pulls up a map explaining. "The Shadowbreakers were last seen headed to some ruins."

The teens eye's widen when the officer pulls up a picture and he says. "I know that place. I've heard stories from Zven Raza about that place. Apparently thats the temple of the original vampires. It has a gate peices for the vampire stones."

Gregor closes his eye's saying. "My god they've found it. Change in plans. Instead of taking the stone you have to kill the Shadowbreakers."

Raising an eyebrow Zane asks. "What? Why?" Gregor answers. "Their trying to release an evil that will destroy the world. You have to kill them before they do."

The Shadowbreaker gang walks along a graveyard until they find Zane, who wears a cloak which is blowing in the wind.

One of the men points out the staff in the teen's hand sitting on a rock saying. "That's the item we need for the vampire stone."

Unmoved Zane replies. "If you want the staff. Come take it from me." The Shadowbreakers ready their guns. The teen adds. "But I'll warn you. Trying to fight a vampire is a huge mistake."

They open fire. Zane sprints at the group with a new found speed. One of the guys nails him in the gut and another dropkicks him. He dropkicks the group that surrounds him, and throws the staff at the new leader. The sharp end kills him instantly.

"I'm giving you people a warning now. I'm having a hard time controlling these instincts." Zane warns.

The group laughs, and the new leader kicks him down saying. "Do you honestly think that we'd listen to a human like you. Our master has given us the goal of restoring him to life. Neither you, nor the Vampires against Carden clan can stop that. NO ONE CAN STOP U-"

The man is cut off by Zane tackling him and saying. "Come to think of it Your like that one show. A human who believes so much in the stories of vampires that you yourself believe you're a vampire. A true vampire has the ability to drain humans of their blood. What do you have?"

A voice answers. "Those stories are not mere stories, but, truth that you fools are too blind to believe, however your sad existence will become a nightmare..." A cloaked figure walks from a catacombs. The only thing you can see under its hood is a pair of purple eyes.

"Are you the creep that killed my father?" Asks Zane. The cloaked figure raises a skeletal hand, and a ball of fire forms in it. The figure throws it at Zane who crashes into a grave.

"Markavo Nuru was a fool, because he unearthed the power of the Nethsur bloodline which has been hidden for decades. But in a short time my pawns will restore my greatest asset to his former glory." The figure's demonic voice says.

Zane's fangs are revealed by this point.

"Not if i kill the only ones with the ability to do so." He replies charging at the Shadowbreakers.

He sinks his fangs into ones neck and drains him of his blood.

Zane kills off the remaining Shadowbreakers. Once he's through he looks to the figure, a voice not his own saying. "I am no fool, your trying to free the hell bringer, my descendant will stop you. I will make sure of it, and if it is not me. Then it will be his family."

The figure turns into smoke and fades. Zane's eyes flash a pure white, and he falls to the ground passing out.

Gregor sprints over to the teen who lay on the ground propped against a grave stone. "Didn't think a kid like you had the skills to stop those guys in the end."

Slightly opening his eye's Zane questions. "What happened?"

The officer helps him up answering. "Well it looks like you lost control and scared off some kind of skeleton, I'll explain everything on the way back to my place." The two walk off.

The following morning Gregor hands Zane a backpack saying. "Sorry it's not more Zane. But it's all I can give to ya."

With a nod the teen replies. "I understand. Good luck, and be safe." He walks off in the morning sunlight.

Gregor walks back into his house. When shutting the door he turns and finds the female demon.

"You've been harboring Zane Nuru descendant of Nickolis Nethsur the first vampire. So, let us have a little.... Talk." She says drawing the knife Markavo used.
