Chapter 6 unexpected

Zane watches from a staircase on the side of a building as Darius Vandom runs into a building to grab an item that looks like the Knowledge stone.

The guy jumps down and runs to the entry way to the building but makes sure to stay out of sight. Darius runs out looks around, and turns into a bat and flies away.

Instead of chasing Zane runs into the building and looks to a one of the artifact pedestals finding the dome smashed.

"So that demon is sending others to steal vampiric stones? Hannible must be getting desperate." He opens making his way outside of the building and running off.

In an ally way Zane is stopped by a man in a black hoodie. "Something tells me you don't want help, but I know what Hannibal is capable of, my name's Lucius, follow me, and I will aid you in your quest."

The teen turns asking. "How do I know you can be trusted?"

Lucius smiles saying. "Yes I was serving Azriel not too long ago, but I was merely a spy for The VACC as well as my good friend Lucinda."

In understanding Zane explains. "I was watching the museum, because I received a tip from a source that some creep was gonna be breaking into the light zone museum. But just after the guy broke in he turned into a bat, and didn't burn in sunlight. I thought Nickolis Nethsur's curse burned evil vampires."

Lucius responds with. "Well, looks like the curse didn't reach all of them, Darius Vandom is still alive."

The guy pulls the hope stone from his pocket asking. "What does Vandom want with the vampiric stones then?"

Lucius responds with. "He is a pawn of Azriel."

With narrow eye's Zane answers. "Hannible is dead. How could he be fooling Vandom?"

The vampire signs no saying. "Azriel's alive, he escaped death."

Signing no the guy answers. "Tanola BloodRains ghost told me that Azriel Hannible is dead. That a powerful demon calling itself the Master is trying to free Hannible using the vampiric stones."

Lucius nods saying. "True, but Azriel isn't easily killed, it takes more than sunlight and warriors to kill him."

Zane stops just outside of an abandoned hospital. "Why do the bad guys always have to hide in decrepit buildings?" He whispers.

Darius can be seen walking into the building holding the knowledge vampiric stone.

The vampire teen climbs through a broken window and follows once again making sure not to be seen.

Lucius signs for Zane to follow. With a nod the teen does. They find themselves in Azriel's section of the building. Azriel appears out of a black wisp of smoke.

"Hello my old friend." The Evil Vampire ghost shadow says to Lucius.

Zane readies for a fight asking. "You the asshole that sent that demon to kill my parents?"

Azriel laughs saying. "Yes, you have found me, now where is Mika Valentine?"

Keeping his composure the guy replies. "Sure you're not after the vampiric stones? Cause your goons failed in stealing the hope stone."

Azriel now takes a physical form, and walks towards Zane and opens his fans, showing blades, he puts them to the kid's neck demanding/screaming. "YOU WILL TELL ME WHERE VALENTINE IS UNLESS YOU SEEK DEATH!!"

Without saying anything Zane nails him in the gut then dropkicks him and pushes an old shelf down on top of him. The real Azriel makes himself known saying. "You have been useful clone."
