Puberty is one of the hardest things to deal with. You get boobs, hips start forming, curves, and even you get your period.

Boobs or breasts do become sore sometimes. Don't worry it happens to every female. Sometimes in the morning or in the afternoon, you have white stuff on the nipple. Don't worry. It's just dried milk. As your boobs form, milk does too. Just because it happened doesn't mean a thing. It's just getting you ready for kids. Not a big deal! You may feel insecure about the size, but hey at least you have some. You may not have cleavage but it's not for that. It's to give milk to babies.

Hips and curves are just what it says. Nothing more nothing less. Curves give you a feminine look. Hips are actually what give you the curves. Hips are also there to help you carry babies if you ever have any. Don't be insecure about it. Some may have a whole lot more and you may have a little. Who cares?! Stop worrying about what Samantha has. We are girls. We have the same thing. Some may be bigger and some maybe smaller. Don't fret. A body is a body. Same on the inside as on the outside.

Period! We all have or will have that time of the month. The only thing it is is when an egg dies. It just comes out with your pee! Yes it's gross but it's Mother Nature. The bright side is that at least you aren't pregnant. The toll of it is cramps, cravings, mood swings, and blood. Lots and lots of blood. It isn't gonna kill you. It's just a week! 5 to 7 days of bleeding won't kill you. It's just the circle of life. Don't worry if you don't have it or if you do. It will be over soon and just think, you won't have to wear pads and your boyfriends won't be embarrassed if they get seen at Walmart in the pads and tampon sections. Sometimes girls are scared to talk to their moms about it. It's a girl thing. Just talk to them. They had to go through it.
