Keeping a log on your weight helps a lot. Each day weigh yourself in the morning and at night. Have 3 coloums. Morning, Night, Total. After each week, add up the totals of each day and that will be the amount of weight you lost that week. Every night when recording, subtract the weight from you just weighing from the weight from this morning. After a month add up the total from weeks and that's how much you lost that month. (Be sure to weigh after you use the bathroom and before you eat) I did it, need to start doing it again and going back to the gym. But it really does help. Last year I did it, lost 40 pounds and then gained it back and more because of stress and other things but enough of my life story.

Ok so I have been having family issues. I have had a lot so I'm moving, I have Pre-AP classes that I'm failing. It used to be 3 now it's only one, and I quit the band! YAY! Nope. People are now asking me to sing. I got into an acting thing and now I gotta pay $125 for an agent. So my life is completely messed up. I gotta tell my best friend I'm moving and everything. But my birthday is in 2 weeks, I gained 4 family members, and I'm getting my permit. I also have not been as loud and weird as usual but it's alright. I lost a godbaby, my grandaddy, my aunt, and a cousin. So right now, is full of stress and then I have a research paper due in a few days so I'm tired. I haven't been sleeping right, I have been in and out of love, I'm frustrated, I gotta loose weight, and my mom has turned into someone I don't like. So my next one will be written around my brithday. So love you all BAIIII
