Not good, but it happens. Life isn't always fair and when it is, something always happens to make it unfair. There is no one witht he best life. I'm sure that being a celebrity may look find and dandy to you but to them, it means no more privacy, a script for everything they do, no freedom, and most importantly, you are being controlled. Celebrities have an okay life but behind their smiling faces, there are crying people asking for privacy. That's just like us, we ack to be left alone but it's always that one person who tries to make you click. Here's some things that might be able to help you.
1) Breathe slowly and count.
2) Have a stress ball and keep it on you at all times.
3) Go, leave the scene, the people, and everything and one who was in it.
4) Find peace
5) Go to your happy place
6) Ignore the bad things
7) Write it down
8) Talk to someone you can trust
9) Relax
10) Cry it out
I know it helps some people, may not. But try it. Write it down and burn it. Every month, burn a box of things you were stressed out about. Write all the things you stressed about and burn it.
