Andromeda smiled sadly as she watched Perseus. He sat by the shore where you disappeared and held the seashell he gave. It was broken now from him clutching it too hard.

She walked up to him and gently placed her hand on his shoulder

"Go to her" She said, which roughly translates to 'Go to hell' but she said it in a kind and gentle voice that Perseus didnt have it in him to smack her hand away

"I will be alright. You mustnt suffer because of what the wretch Polydectes did. Find your love. Find your (y/n), and when you return, we shall all welcome you with open arms" Andromeda smiled. Perseus nodded standing up.

He smiled at Andromeda before heading to the temple of Athena to ask for wisdom and guidance

"My Lady, What must I do? You've aided me in my first quest, I need your help once again" Perseus prayed and stayed at the temple till dusk.

He fell asleep and dreamt off a grey eyed woman

"Lady Athena" Perseus bowed

"Perseus, You must know that the quest you wish to conquer is an impossible one, No mortal has ever returned from the underworld" Athena warned.

Of course, She wont mention Psyche or Orpheus but that's beside the point

"Then if I cannot return with her I shall stay with her, But please, I need guidance. How do I get to the realm of Hades, My Lady?" Perseus bowed. Athena frowned

"You have a long journey ahead of you young hero. First, you must find a satyr that can play an instrument" And with that, Perseus awoke

After a long journey to the forest, Perseus finally came across a group of satyrs dancing around and making music

"Friend! Come join us as we celebrate!" One said to Perseus

"Actually, I require one of you to aid me in my quest" Persues said. The satyrs all glanced at him and laughed

"Why would you need a satyr's help? Go on youn hero. You can manage without us" One chortled.

"But the Lady Athena says I require a satyr who plays music in order to reach the realm of Hades" The satyrs stopped dancing. They all glanced at each other before the oldest one spoke

"It seems that the goddess means for you to find the entrance of Orpheus and play a tune beautiful enough to reopen it"

"Entrance of Orpheus?" Perseus asked

"Baah That doesnt matter! What matters is that you have to play something so beautiful that the stone will reopen" The satyr stated.

"But, How can I do that? Cant one of you just play a tune and be done with it?" Perseus asked

"No no, We satyrs are musicians, but our music is different, Our music is for joy and celebration. The song you need to play must be beautifully heart breaking. It must be so sorrowful and filled with emotions that the stones themeselves will be moved" A younger satyr explained

"Then teach me. Teach me how to play" And with that, Perseus spent several days learning how to play a pan pipe.

It took him a while to finally master it, but like any other hero, he persevered.

"Now, be on your way. The entrance is over the next four hills and then across a river. Goodluck, friend"

After battling some monsters along the four hills, he rested by the river. He looked at his reflection and grimaced.

He was dirty. His hair unkept, his clothes tattered and hair scorched by a chimera he fought.

He noticed his stubble and sighed. A real man should have a beard by now he thought.
