"It was your parents. They didn't aprove of me, you knew that. They thought I was a bad infleuence. All because we went out every Friday night and when you went home you were so drunk you didn't even recognise your parents...They told me to stay away. Gave me fifty thousand dollars."

"AND YOU TOOK IT?!" Paige shouted.

Lisa rubbed her back gently, trying to calm her down.

"It was a mistake. I huge one that I regret every day." Alicia sighed. "I never wanted to leave you."

"Why the fuck did you fake your own death?!"

"It was your parents idea. They thought you'd come looking for me..."

Paige slammed her hands on the table in front of her as she tried to fight the tears that threatend to spill from her eyes. "I grieved for you...And all along you were alive and well."

"I know it wasn't clever what I did. Each day I thought about you."

"Four years. Four years you were dead." Paige scoffed and shook her head. "Or so I thought."

"I'm so sorry...I'm here now and this time no amount of money will make me leave." Alicia said placing her hand on top of Paige's. "I'm here to stay."

Paige's facial expression softened and she turned her hands over so she was holding Alicia'a. Lisa watched as they locked their fingers together, feeling her heart break at the sight. Paige had the girl she lost back...She wouldn't want her now.

"I have a job down in Chicago...It's where I've been living. I have to work two more weeks before I can leave completely...I'd love it if you'd come with me."

Paige smiled and nodded her head. "Sure...We got a lot of catching up to do."

Lisa quickly stood up from her place at the table and walked straight out of the door. She wiped her eyes as she let out a heartbroken sob.

She walked back to her apartment, not caring that the very few people on the street were staring at her.

She just had her heart broken...Again.

By someone she has feelings for, very strong feelings. She was a huge mess. Did those kisses mean nothing? Maybe they didn't...Or maybe they did...

She didn't know. It felt like Paige was playing with her feelings...She hated this. But she really really liked Paige.

To Lisa she almost loved Paige.
