Crap I slept in. My dad is going to kill me. And after he kills me, Mike will kill me. I hurried out of bed and got dressed into short shorts and a loose shirt with the word PINK on it.
I made my way to the training grounds. My father was already there with Mark and Jake. I also see Emily and Steve, my other best friend. He is the coolest guy I have ever known. Sometimes I wonder why we are not mates, but then again I am glad we are not. He is totally the opposite. I know, opposite attract. Defenatly not us though. Sometimes I just really want to rip his head off.
"About time. I should make you run 10 laps for being late," my father tells me.
"Oh dad, I am so sorry. I will not happen again. And plus, I need my energy to fight, right?" I give him the best puppy dog eyes I possible can. I know that he cannot resist when I give him those eyes. It reminds him too much of mom.
"Fine. This better not happen again."
''Thank daddy." I give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. I made my way to Steve and Emily. They are both streching.
"So not fair. When we are late we have to run extra, but when you are late all you get is 'this better not happen again'," Steve complain while trying to mock my dad.
"What can i say. I am good and also the alpha's daughter. He loves me too much." I join them with the streches. I feels good to strech my feet. I went and ran my 5 laps then joined everyone else.
"Alright everyone. Time to get started. Taylor and Jacob, your up."
Jacob is one of the strongest fighters, but her never managed to beat me. I will be proud of him when that day comes. IF that day comes.
Of course I beat him. What can I say. I am the best. After us went Emily and Mike. I never understood when they fight each other. In the end it turns out to be a fight to see who can stick their tongue down the others throat the farthest. Me and Jake normally have to pull them apart because they would not stop unless we do.
I am a bit jealous though. They seem so in love. All I want is to meet my dream mate. Where is he? I wonder what he is doing this very second.
